Mental health has been so taboo. I, too, have the semi-colon tattoo. Mental illness runs in my family; I want to make sure my children are well equipped to handle life.

YOU must make the choice to let the demons go and leave....but that in ONLY possible with the Spirit of Jesus Christ, -the Holy Ghost.
The world tells you rehab and counseling is the answer, and while rehab, counseling and etc certainly does help, it takes a supernatural force, such as God to be made well and complete and to stay that way.
The world, media, school, counseling, services, rehabilitation won't tell you that because they can't tell you that because frankly,... they are not that. Jesus is God and He heals.
Glad you got a nice looking apartment, and if you'd like more of God, please just pray to Him and follow His leading. The TRUTH is made for you to *find **_AND_** receive* Him.

Love this one so much. Not just the makeover, but the message. After years of battling depression and anxiety, I literally had just walked into my house and sat down after being at my Dr where I finally broke down and told them how much I've been suffering. I am the upbeat, positive, uplifting person that everyone look at as such. Dealing with it on my own has started affecting my entire world since my Mother aka my best friend has fallen ill this past year. Well...I opened YT and this was the first video on my home screen. It was like a sign from God. Thanks for being there for so many and using your personal tragedy to help others. 💙

Yesss! I Love When This Kinda Stuff Happens! I battle mental health issues as well *and a couple auto immune things* and I typically listen to country music and have my radio station set in my truck, well in the middle of a horrible day, I decided to go grab a bite to eat, and when I got in the truck to leave, somehow the radio was on a completely different station, that definitely does not ever play country music. Right as I went to put back on the station that's supposed to be on, I caught the words of the song that was playing; it was NF "Therapy Session" and it was perfect!!! Hope U Have A Good Day 😊💙

I love that he is a mental health advocate. I'll be sharing his music with both of my children. We lost their dad 21 years ago. For anyone who needs to hear this don't give up. You are enough and you do matter.
This is such a huge inspiration 🙌 My family and I are moving to a house after living in a duplex for 11 years and I'm just so overwhelmed by the kitchen. Less counter space and no pantry so I'm going to have to purchase those but I'm praying it will all be good. Thanks for all you do!

This was so great to see. This is truly a small space, and something that I can ACTUALLY use in reflection to my own space. I actually have more space than Zach, but this felt so much more relatable for many of us in small apartment spaces. The worst part about my kitchen is the cabinets. The lower cabinets have a half shelf.. yep that's right the shelves in my lower cabinets are all half the depth of them.. at the back. This makes them difficult, at best, to use, particularly when you have back issues or do not have the ability to kneel down. It also means you cannot store any cookie sheets/sheet pans in them. I am still trying to come up with a feasible solution for that one... and I've lived in this apartment for 17 years. I need a full reset on my kitchen space, and that is something I am planning for in the near future, but first.. I'll have to do a deep clean, including under/behind the stove... yep.. putting that off for a bit.. LOL

Kathryn! Old Navy wife here. We moved every 2 years and base housing was always boring white. We weren't permitted to use wallpaper or paint and learned of a cool trick. Use fabric adhered with liquid starch. It goes up wet like wallpaper, dries looking like the original fabric. And when it was time to transfer, we simply peeled it off, wipe the walls down and they never knew a thing! Far easier and cheaper (maybe) than the wall application you used in Zach's kitchen. Try it on a random piece of wall or furniture to test it out. Loved the look at great transformation. I so enjoy your "hack" videos.

Kathryn, you always do amazing things. I went into social work because mental health has been a huge part of my life. I tried doing therapy with people at our community mental health location but therapy was too mentally draining for me. Now I work at a preschool as a social worker. I work with the family and the student. I love what I do. So many people don't realize that it's important to care for your mental health and that its ok. Zach, your music is beautiful. Please keep doing what your doing! And Kathryn, keep up the great work. You inspire me every time I see you and watch your videos. So thank you! PS. I live in Michigan's UP and today we were slammed with snow so it enabled me to watch more of your videos! :)

Wow! If I could give this five thumbs up, I would! We rent from our community college, on what was once a military base. The price is right, but the tiny kitchen is awful, with the washer & dryer smack dab in the middle of it! Not only did you give me good ideas, but you really cheered me up, too, with ways to organize AND add my favorite color! When you said, "Move a muscle, change a thought," I heard Mama's voice in my head saying, "Get up & june around, & you'll feel better & get more done!" I have always fought with depression, & she always tried ro help give me a better perspective. That midway scene where you covered a wall in blue is exactly where I get stuck & the most overwhelmed - -full blown panic attack! I had no idea you were a mental health advocate. I only knew you helped cheer me on with an "I can do this!" uplift whenever I've watched you. 🥲❤ Thank you so much!
