Hey Tim, thanks for sharing this video, we got to the show about 10AM today, lots to see for sure!! Some good deals on a few of those cars/trucks. The weather was on a lot of people's minds, several told me they were pulling out early.
Awesome sale . Lots of trucks, I like a long bed , was looking for a 8 foot Dodge truck for a while , settled for a 6 foot bed . New Jersey has more old Caddy’s for sale everywhere, like a LOT . Impala is a quick fix, but high price . Thanks for sharing. Full watch. Mike
Finally the prices are coming down, Heck just sand paper and primer is very expensive to buy let alone all the other items you will need for a restoration. You have to get them cheap and very complete no missing parts and no rust to come out ahead in a restoration.
I said $26,000 in my head for the 57 ford so I was close lol. I would love to have any of those 3 pontiacs. I live just south of this event and have never been. I’ll go next year hopefully. Great video man.
The Ducktail show is a GREAT event Joe, one I know you will enjoy! Also, the next town over, Fairmount, is the James Dean show. They both go on on the same weekend which is always the last full weekend of September.
19:22 I like long beds, 👍 I like the rear bumper on it too. I like the push guard on the old International P.U. but I think 🤔 I would rather have it on an old tow or utility truck. You mentioned the old Lincoln commercial, back in '68 and '69 Pontiac had a commercial advertising the front bumper on the GTO and yes they were made out of rubber. There was a guy with a sledgehammer and took a swing and hit it right on the center of the grill and the hammer would bounce off to prove they could take a light impact. However❗ they never showed the spot close up. I'm sure the paint was all crackeled, if not then it would show up eventually. 😉 CORRECTION: The GTO commercial, the guy hit the nose of the grill with a pry bar NOT a sledgehammer. I looked at the classic car commercials video again.
I watched this video n saw that blue Impala for sale for 15,500 obo. You talking to the laughing about he lived in London! He didn't have the number on the for sale sign, you what city he was in? Or his full name,I'm interested I'm the Impala. Thanks
