This was great and simple to understand thank you. You can see the cross overs to Gnostic beliefs, Plato and Neo Platonism with the material and upper worlds, all with different belief systems of course. You often hear a lot of darkness about Kabbalah so this was nice to hear this explanation to.

Thank you so much, Rabbi! Coming from a Catholic Christian background (now converting to Judaism, Baruch HaShem) it’s fascinating to learn all of this. It reminds me (although not exactly the same thing) of ‘lectio divina’ which means to study prayerfully with G-d’s guidance. Please pray for me and my family as I’m still in the early stages of conversion and I’m struggling to say the right things to them. I think my Dad might convert as well, and my Mother will surely lop my head off then 🤣. But seriously, she’s really hurting over this. ❤️🙏
