Useful info thanks, now I know what not to try. I have seen a method where you tie the front hubs to the rear to stop body roll which looks really effective, doesn't look too difficult and is practically free.
I installed 15 mm extenders on my TRX 4 sport. They are from trell and made a fantastic improvement in rollover on side hills. II have not had any problems with them coming loose or breaking because of the way they are designed to fit over the axle with long threads and a very long wheel nut to fit like the original. The only concern is the extra stress it will put on the tire rod and the servo overtime.

On my rig, I actually bought wheels that were offset. That meant that I still had the same amount of thread to attach the wheel nut.
