It's Easy to Communicate with content but its Hard when our Communication is had some low Skill even after having so Much Stuff to grasp. Its often goes on while Reading. How to deal with it to have a Good Communication? U know its not always the Concept of Book but a skill matters......
"The biggest flaw in the Indian education system is not the fact that they teach you useless things, but the fact that they make you hate learning so much that we are completely blind-sighted to the whole idea of learning." This really hit me hard.
Totally agree with this.
This is the best thing i ever heard.
Not only india, but pakistan and Bangladesh as well. We must do something
Those who understood this can never be defeated in life
It is the untold hard truth.
We are not that lucky enough to get more indian UA-cam channels like this.
Thank you so much :) we will do our best for you bro ❤️

2. search for the best books and authors
3. choose 2-3 books
4. listen to talks in ted/99u/RSA where they brief about the book (finally buy the book)
5. check the number of segments in the book, read 2-3 stories from each segment
6. no need to read the book completely, read until your agenda is not fulfilled
7. understand the moral of each segment (key takeaway), apply them to your life
8. underline important stuff and mark the lines for retention
9. keep the phone away
10. spend at least 1 hour every day reading

Thanks for the summary. Just wanted to point out that Culture Code is written by Dan Coyle, not Daniel Pink.
You werent supposed to do that
your comment can be titled "how to watch youtube videos like CEO"
Thanks a lot....
Thank you so much!!!! Such summaries Help people like me to retain the information in the video in a best way 😊😊
This is so valuable. People don't realise that if they are facing a problem, they aren't the only one and definitely not the first one. There are books who talk about your problem (whatever it may be) and also about how to solve it. There are online tools that help you with this. There are online communities like reddit that help you as well. People just need to open the mind and ask for help and there will always be someone who will help you.
You are not supposed to speak about our professors in this way!!😐
When the same professor goes to usa and writes the book then definitely you will saythe opposite.
This perspective really makes one think to the idea of reading - how much more valuable it is that what we actually think. Thanks for putting out this video - the ones who can understand and implement reading will benefit immensely during their lifetime !!
Thank you :)
The influences that need more popularity: ranveer allahbadia, ganesh, biaheza, aman dhattarwal
The influences which are popular: tiktok joker, etc ( I don't remember their names but you get the idea)

Looks like his image is quite tarnished but tbh what he (nithyananda) said made real sense to me. Also thanks for this video, it was really something which should have been taught to us in our schools. Looking forward to reading more and more books :)
@@bennywats True! Just to defame Hindu saints, some "so called" UA-camrs project the meaningful statements of "Vedanta" as meme ! Pathetic !

That's something which comes after someone knows themselves. I don't think it should be publicly told like that as it's purely experiential.

Thank you for this great video! I think this video has helped to setup an efficient workflow for reading a book. It answers a very important question, why read a book? Understanding your motivation to read in crucial in building momentum towards reading. Following which a proper vetting strategy of whether the book is good enough for your reading/understanding and does it serve your purpose is important, since we don’t want to buy a stack a books that we will never read! This video has clearly elucidated these and more. Thank you for such a great content! 🙏
Have recently subscribed this and don’t even know the name of this Guy… But whatever videos he puts makes a lot of sense.
I personally was never into books until I joined my management college and its only after that I became an avid reader. Reading is utmost important idiosyncrasies anyone can inculcate to be a better human.
Thank you so much ❤️
Your content is underrated
Please upload such brilliant videos more frequently
Thank you Divya :) Will do for sure 🌟
Whenever i want to skip a part in a book, i get a feeling that i may miss out on
some important things the author may have written. WHat to do in those cases?
First make sure why ur reading the book . If something to that is related to that part then read it or else do not . U can just scan thru the pages to know what is written in that part of the book. Hope it helps 🙏
Don't skip simply why to skip because in most of the books that things like are related to each other
I found my "Pot of Gold"...man this channel is something different...hats of Ganesh Bhai.

I find learning from video format more concise than a book. Used to be an avid reader for 20 years or so. Watching videos and reading related online stuff since 5 yrs. I think the breadth of topics that I can cover is astonishing.
The perspective of the 'decades experience' was amazing! Loved the tips too.

I just love the way he keep us hooked throughout the video by putting some funny bits in between in the form of memes of funny videos.
Keep it up never drop this style of making content.
♥️♥️
Taking inspiration from this brilliant video I've started adding a post-it note at the start of any book I pick up, where I write down why I picked this book in the first place. Reminding myself of the why, helps me read a book with more intention.
❤️❤️
From a near to India. Loving your content matee! Continue it, it’s amazing!
Great knowledge comes from reading books. and here I learned the best way how to read books.
thank you for your effective explanation and the video .that helps a lot.
Your channel has made me fall in love with learning as a whole. Your content is amazing, thank you so much
I was among the Majority of Students who Used to Hate the Reading But Thanks You For Showing a Different perspective 🙂
The fact that 29k Likes and 0 dislikes shows how well you have pulled off. Cheers buddy, keep going. Great high quality content!
No offence but UA-cam removed the dislike button
A small addition that I feel shall help the audience and will improve effectiveness of your very resource-rich content delivery technique is: Adding the pointers in the video description or pinned comment. For example, in this video you told 10 steps (5 before & 5 after buying the book). These can be added in the description/pinned comment for rapid review by the person after watching the video. Shall improve the takeaway message from this video I feel😊 Would help me a lot atleast🙈
Thanks! Appreciate your work!❤
It remains me the forgotten way of how to read a book and its purpose. Thank you reminding me. Hope this chanel reaches a great height bro
Thank you so much :)

Dude, it was certainly a very good video. Well done, BUT seeing the condition you keep your books in, makes me wonder “Should you make a video on How To Keep Your Books? ” Any book lover would wonder that. 🙃
Recently i have started reading books , Books really teach a lot. Give a try, once you have started reading books there is no going back you will get addicted !
Hey Ganesh
I found like I am speaking on the book 📖.
Very smart ways to learn and get maximum out of the book.
Great 👍
Greatest Video ever on reading books
i cant even think of how much hard work you put into making these case studies that is too every week, as a viewer this is such a positive place to visit , somehow all these videos gives a hope to my own ideas, these are not just inspiring but these are more like fuel to me to ''GO GET THAT WORK DONE'' Kinda off vibes you give. all i wanna say is i love you and your work and everyone who is part of @think school;
Today I'm watching this video second time ( atleast ), and now i read on average 50-60 pages per day or 2 chapters a day, which is not lot but it's more than double an average reader reads a day. From reading nothing at all to finish 3-4 books every month is something I am really proud of. Even though I don't remember most of the stuff that I read (may be not even 30%) but that's okay and I'm happy with that as well.
I just wanted to tell you guys that you guys at @ThinkSchool are inspirational.
Thank you for existing.
Great to read 3-4 books per month . Great achievement. Now a days it's advisable reducing the number of books to be studied. It's not reading I said studying. Studying the book is much better than reading. Specially to understand the content better!
I loved the concept of Decades knowledge with which you made us realise the value of a book and reading
RIGHT WAY
This kind of content deserve 🔥 button
Bro just last year I started reading book then I got to know whole new side of knowledge, I got upset why I didn't know that but as we all know "Jab Jago tabhi savera"😁

4 watch the podcast of the same
1.read stories and try to connect it to your life
2.Take actions.
Tip: Use pencil ..

Wow today ( IST time 29th April) 11:34 PM, subscribers = 122K, the UA-cam algorithm is loving this channel.
Earlier I used to read books to the end just to maintain sincerity. After listening to your words related to agenda. It changed my perspective. Thanks for this video.
Thanks mate. This is actually working well.
You are simply superb.. lots of valuable content …straight to the point..👍
Someday out of the blue UA-cam recommends me the CRED video and I watch it. Fascinated by the way Ganesh had presented it, I was hooked. I went to the channel and started looking for some more business case studies. Then I watched Marlboro case study, then Jack Ma story. I ended up watching all the videos in Think school in the next 2- 3 days taking notes of the videos all along. The USP is that he is not a random guy making videos but an elder brother who really wants his young siblings to be better and grow together!
The cherry on the cake is the quote that you tell in the end of the video which just makes us wanna take action on what you had just advised.
Thank you for existing!

Wonderful talk and very thought provoking. One more concept which has helped me (personally) retain the habit of reading is to always keep the book that you're currently reading in your sight.
Out of sight = out of mind :)
The way this guy takes through the videos is really amazing, like nothing of bullshit, pure knowledge based. Hope we had some professors like him in schools, then India would have been on next level. Dude your research is 🔥
Thanks about this video, I used to think I need to complete the book cuz I'm guilty of not completing wut I start, but actually this makes sense.
