My 2 daughters graduate from college together May 6,2022. I’m grateful to be able to make their money lei’s .This tutorial yields beautiful results. Thank you 😊
Money lei and crowns is a tradition in Samoan culture..especially birthdays weddings graduation...it's awesome to see other cultures trying it...oh..and the candy lei's also..
I made this for my son last year. It was very simple and it looked very nice!! I added bills from my country as well. Just a simple addition to implement your culture.
Thank you so much for the tutorial! You have helped tremendously, for a money lei I have to do for my niece who’s graduating next year. However I have a question: are the glue dots forgiving, when you are having to take it bills of money apart? Does it hurt the bulls at all?
So easy and I love the walk-through!!! A MILLION THANKS FOR THIS !! We have a tradition of pinning money on the bride and groom and have a waltz. I will be doing this lei in summer !!!
I just tested this and no it won't rip the dollars, as long as when u are disassembling it u very slowly pull the dollar apart. just be gentle and they won't rip
I thank you for this video! I’ve seen so many videos and this is far simpler 👍 Also, I think I’m gonna use tape instead of glue dots. But other than that, I’m definitely using your method.
Thank you so much I’m making two eighth grade graduation leis with a $50 this is going to be great. Im making them now and buying my ribbons later and putting them on my lei I bought from the dollar store
I try to tie the flyers to the bead necklace and when I do the flowers turn everywhere, into different directions, some forward some backward and it takes readjusting. Is this normal?
It would be nice if you actually showed what you were putting on your finger when it goes out of the frame and then your finger shows up with this "gluedot" miraculously on your finger.

Made two leis in 30 minutes plus using this money folding flower. This is the easiest one! Thank you so much!

Easier suggestion. 1. No need for rubber-band. 2. No threading needed if you tie right to necklace. 3. Tape end once attached. Tape works just fine.

Approximately how many bills does it take for a complete beaded necklace?

Looks easy to do. Doing this next year for sure for my two grad nieces!!
Just one question if we use a “glue dot” when opening it will it rip?
I think it’s like a sticky double sided circle type sorta thing
I just tested this and no it won't rip the dollars, as long as when u are disassembling it u very slowly pull the dollar apart. just be gentle and they won't rip

I tried the design that you told, it was made very well. ❤
The glue dots...will the money tear when opening it back up?
No, it will not. Money is very durable!
No
wutdafeezy you can also cut tiny pieces of tape. Scotch tape cuz it comes off easily
@@SunburstgiftsOrg No it's not, at least for me because I waste it so fast I don't see the durable part anywhere lol! JK have a great day!
Similar to this one, on my Channel no thread or tape or glue, stand alone Lei Flower.
Thanks for sharing ur beautiful talents ♥️👍♥️
Congrats to however will get the money leis! Class of 2021 :)
where do i buy the glue dots from? and how much does it cost?
You can use double sides tape. I would recommend it but, it may rip the dollor
+babytee H From any crafts store like Michael's or Hobby Lobby. They are usually $4-$6 for a box. Walmart may even carry them.

Flowers *
You probably need to tie the flowers tighter to necklace and they should stay in place. Tie it between the beads around the string too.
This is a great tutorial thank you so much.
I made for my bro and the money flower keeps on going around and round
Thanxs.. I'm going to try it your way!!! You made it look so simple to make;)
