I'm surprised there isn't already a system that uses radar to map the terrain in front of you on the Vision Pro so you can see everything when there are clouds or it is night. That would save a lot of lives. We have the technology. Let's use to to create systems like that and require them.

I know right!?! Haha, I think there are some systems like that already, but they’re evolving, and becoming more common.

How is the vision pro different to existing VR headsets in these cases?

Similar in many ways, and many AR headsets could do this. But I’d say it’s much higher quality in a many ways. I tried my brother’s Meta Quest, and I liked a few things about it, but the quality and the resolution felt very low compared to Vision Pro, not to mention Apple has a solid ecosystem around the App Store and dev platforms. Almost 20 years of an App Store.
