James and Paul, My favorite Hotel in Las Vegas is the Flamingo. One thing you didn’t touch on was the safety element of the casino. I feel safe at the Flamingo. The staff members are all very accommodating. My friends and I are always given the best rooms and are treated very special. Joy
You are very correct - We loved the Casino at Flamingo 🦩- It was a lot of fun, the staff was really nice there even down to fixing an issue we had with one of the bar top machines when we were filming a different video at the bar (unlike Cromwell next door which was sad because I like how nice the Cromwell looked but the security staff there did sour our experience). I tried my best to sum up the casino as fun, with a party vibe, and even down to mentioning the high limit room had lower limits so if you are a bit more budget conscious but want to dip into high limits it’s a great starting point. But for time purposes and the fact that a lot of millennials or people in our mid 30’s age range aren’t always the hugest on Gambling, I tried to keep the casino segment a bit brief. But you are very correct that the Casino there is a lot of fun. We loved the Flamingo Casino ❤️ Though as someone who loves tables… I just do not approve of 6:5 Blackjack and save my table play for places like The Plaza downtown where I can play 10x odds craps and 3:2 Blackjack. -Paul
We hope you had a great stay ❤️ - And glad to hear that you loved Flamingo 🦩 Thank you for watching and we hope you had a great Vegas trip overall. -Paul

Thanks guys for insight about the Flamingo! Oddly enough, I'll be staying there April 1 - 3 next week and was curious what was offered for dining and (of course) drinking!
There are some fun options at the Flamingo (Carlos n Charlie’s does have a really awesome fun factor - but don’t expect high quality), and the Food Hall is perfect for what it has (I loved the Strombolis at Bonanno’s), but what I really recommend, you’re steps away from the Linq Promenade and there’s a lot of options just right there. One I hear a lot of good about (and still need to try) is Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chips. Thanks for watching and we are glad you found some amazing options for your visit ❤️ -Paul

We got married there. Flamingo always does hold a spot in my heart, but we would also be horrible at reporting our experience for anything different than we encountered by glamorizing the room and ignoring the flaws. It’s not glamorous, it’s an older property, and it does have some issues with the rooms. But it does have a charm and it’s a piece of Vegas history. If you do get the chance to stay there, go into it with the expectation that you are staying there for a room, and nothing more special. And enjoy the property for what it is. I think you get one per year or per a certain length of time - its not listed on the Caesars app so you actually have to swipe your card at the promo kiosk and for that reason I now make it a point to always check for perks or promos whenever I get to a Caesars property at the start of a trip. If you have this perk, it’s listed under your promos on the kiosk and it should say “High Roller benefit” - What it does is print out a coupons for 2 free anytime tickets that you take to the High Roller. The best thing is that you can pay the difference to upgrade them to Happy Half Hour so for James and I we paid only $50 (after tax) for Happy Half Hour which is a great deal - we both downed about 5 drinks on the wheel so the promo and upgrade cost literally paid for itself. -Paul
The other thing is that it popped up on our December trip. And also when we returned in January so my guess is that it’s a semi regular promo/benefit they have for Diamond. So if it shows up again when we return in May, you better believe we are fitting in yet another Happy Half Hour (and at that point we probably should just make a short video or short about that benefit because it’s really awesome)
My understanding is likely sometime in July - though don’t quote me on that. They only released concept art of the exterior and it’s going into the former Bird Bar and they have said Summer 2024 but it seems more likely as July based on what we have been seeing online about it. -Paul

That does sound super lame. While we did not encounter snobby bartenders on both of our visits for this video, it was a very loud restaurant and admittedly very “cheesy” (both figuratively and literally) so it would not surprise me if that affects the service levels there or the service at the bar. The beer in the yard glass was a fun gimmick. But had we not been making a video about our stay at Flamingo, we probably would have eaten elsewhere. As shown in our video, there were definitely some imperfections with our second room (most specifically that huge streak of some sticky sauce going all across the wall). Sorry to hear that you also encountered imperfections in the room 😢 -Paul

Thanks for trying and for the view/engagement… We understand if our flavor of fun and good vibes isn’t for you but we are glad you gave us a chance. Though I will say that as husbands who included some of our marriage footage into this video, it’s quite apparent we are gay 🏳️🌈 and “gay symbols” are authentically “us” and part of our brand. We don’t hide it, nor should we. Though I must say that I wasn’t aware the septum piercing was a 1990’s thing? I thought the 1990’s and early 2000’s belonged to Pookah shell necklaces, double popped collars on an Abercrombie & Fitch polo, and only one ear pierced 😂😂😂 Anyway… have a better day and thanks for watching 🐻🧸🌈🦄❤️ -Paul

The 2nd room is the one I was in . Just dirty and ugly
As shown in our video, there were definitely some imperfections with our second room (most specifically that huge streak of some sticky sauce going all across the wall). Granted we intentionally booked two different room types because the first night was added on much later, but the Go rooms are definitely not as good as the renovated one we had on that first night.
Sorry to hear that you also encountered imperfections in the room 😢

Get some professional help
Paul and I both firmly support the practice of mental healthcare and believe that it’s important for all people to have access to a therapist or medication if needed. We appreciate you taking the time to express your concern, but can assure you that we do see professionals regularly.
We hope that you enjoyed the video, and that you have a fabulous rest of your day! Thanks for watching and the engagement! Comments help us be seen by more people, which in turn becomes more ad revenue, which allows us to keep bringing more videos to folks like you!
Thanks again!

The thing in your nose tells me you are not the type of people I want to get my information from.
That’s too bad that you’re unable to look past that. But we’re probably not the channel for you then.
I hope you have a better rest of your day. Thanks for giving us a shot anyway!

Tried watching the vid, but those bull rungs in your noses are riduiiculous. Passing on any further vids until you get rid of those 1990s gay symbolss
I thought the 1990’s and early 2000’s belonged to Pookah shell necklaces, double popped collars on an Abercrombie & Fitch polo, and only one ear pierced 😂😂😂
Anyway… have a better day and thanks for watching 🐻🧸🌈🦄❤️
