I think what people need to understand and remember is that CQ always stated that it’s NOT GUARANTEED. They are teaching you how to capitalize on a lucky streak. I’ve seen so many people get a lucky streak but only break even with what they have on the field.
Excellent point. I guess I have involve to understand that if I go to gamble, I am not there to win but to be entertained, hopefully get some engaging dealers and play with other fun people. When I watch the 30 roll challenge, I see these folks as the typical CG follower and I don't see any of them being about to afford a $1000+ bankroll at a craps table. I have to disagree with the comments at 9:50 about taking the winnings home; as a dealer, I've seen that these winners always come back and they always give it back to the casino. And one thing that is not mentioned is that if you do want to do all of these varsity presses, you HAVE to tip your dealer for working them so hard!
This was possibly the BEST video i think you all have put out! Thank you David for speaking to this. I needed to hear it in my own play. Highly appreciative....THANKS!
I deal this game. From what I've found... ATS bets have killed some of the nature of craps. I see multiple players standing around doing nothing just throwing money towards this bonus bet and we could be on a 25+ minute roll and players claim it's "terrible" if an ace-deuce never shows up. Casino loves you guys! You're also taking up room for people who want to play actual numbers. :]
agreed. players with insane bankrolls throwing their money away on ats and prop bets. $50 red, quarter c&e, $15 eleven-twelve every single come out roll. just sucks
This is your best blog to date. True story…Due to an injury, I had ample time to study craps on line. Watched a crap ton of videos. Played for fun on free gaming sites. Learned the proper math. Did my due diligence. Played at a casino a few times. Did ok. I KNEW EXACTLY what you are teaching about opportunity. One night, I go to the casino with two friends who play craps on a regular basis. One friend rolls 63 TIMES!!! Before 7 out. He pressed moderately and won 17 grand. My other friend won 10 grand. I played scared and won only 5. He rolled for over an hour and a half! The place was mayhem. And I walked away kicking myself for not pressing more often.
been watching you guys for years and this video imo is one of your best it shows exactly what we players emotionally are feeling at the table, great video guys well done
This is the MOST INFORMATIVE video ever! In the history of Degen life, this is the best thing to come to the Culture since the Nolly - thanks for your good work!
This is the video i needed. This is the internal conversation i have with myself all the time thinking about goals before i hit the casino. Dont be that guy that wins hundreds and hands it right back.
Great video!!! Just got back from Vegas. Was up/down daily. Used a bunch of systems which all worked on a good roll and lost when there was 1-3 rolls. Had a great time and loved the rush.
LOVE your term "Risk-management " comment,, I play in Tampa once a month, My "secret to win" Is KNOW when to run out the door,, LOL, the door is your friend,, Set your goal, HIT it, run for the door ,don't get greedy,
This video is much of what I do. Press to next color once I've gotten out of the hand. Many people same bet table minimum on those long rolls and dont have much to walk away with when its done. Dealers have told me that if they played that table, they would play the way I do, mostly for the fact it has better chances of winning big. Its basically how they are showing in this video, except the tables I play on are $3 and $5 minimums.
So is it tiers per number or per hand. Like if I have 42 on six and eight and the 8 hits and I get my green chip and next roll is six am I pressing to 90 or collecting green again?
For me, the most important thing (which was mentioned quickly) is to get "out of the hand" or "out of the roll" ASAP. Recovering my initial investment allows me to remove my emotions from my money, at least initially. You are absolutely spot on about the attachment & connection most players have with their bets as the shooter rolls. Each person has their own goal thresholds and as Dennis said, not everyone is comfortable power pressing, or triple luxing, or pressing at all!
Do you have a strategy for the Free Play you recieve when you want to use your comp's? I get around $600 a trip when I go. It seems that it would be a good start. I really like your show and the info is always informative. Thanks
I have literally guaranteed money strategies for free play. But my answer to you will depend on how your free play works. ie does it pay even money when it hits, or the true payout odds... does the coupon stay up until it loses or do they take it when it wins?
A lot of table comp play only allows it on a 1-1 bet. I would take the free play to the BJ table, turn it into regular cash, then take that to the craps table.
place $60 on the 6 and 8, hit once ($70), take it down and place 6&8 for $30 each. (+10) Only one hit needed for profit. AND, always remember how many rolls you're on, including come out roll.
Went up Tuesday an only second time playing craps turned 140 into 1650 in 3 hours!! But goal before leaving was getting a black chip 100$ cashed out!! Most fun I've ever had in my 8 times total going gambling!! Now i can't wait to go back
8:51 I don't agree with this idea. "maybe I'll get lucky strategy" , regress some= money in your rack. But there are some who enjoy watching their money go to the dealers rack thinking they COULD have won a lot. "let go"
First time I went to a casino I had to kill 3 hours before a dinner meeting, my limit was 100 bucks. I spent about 30 mins watching different table games. Lost that in 5 mins playing black jack. So I went to Roulette, I played slow and hit a big spin. Called the number and had the coloum, row and color haha. Spent all that back just playing for fun. Left the table with a 5chip at a momento.
I like the analogy. It's very interesting because it reminded me I was rolling one time and my friend started 20 on the nine. He had a hunch well I kept hitting them soon he built his mind high enough that his nine wouldn't exceed my chip tray If you would have hit it another time then there's another time he was rolling and I got that idea remembering what he did and I hammered the nine and I got it up to 750. I weighed over $2,000 and I started with 10 bucks on the nine
Amazing video! Next level thought process. Just got back from a trip trying press press regress. Came back even, but will sharpen my game for next trip. This is a video I will save and reference. So glad I found you guys years ago.
😅😂🤣😭💀☠️ this strategy sounds like classic gambling in a nutshell. Double down until you're rich or lose everything 😂. 99% of the time, you've lost everything.
This literally happened to me last night. 3 players had consistent good rolls and my strategy is always playing the hard 6 or hard 8. This guy literally rolled 9 hard 8s during his roll and I didn't bet it because I was stuck on hard 6. And he rolled 12 9s and I only pressed my bet to 100 for 2 rolls of the 9 and never pressed beyond that. I literally watched this guy et 5 on hard 8 to go up to 30 on hard 8 but never pressed beyond that. Btw he never rolled any easy 8s and rolled 3 easy 6s. No hard 6 the entire roll.
It’s all luck. And can’t press every time have to take some winnings at some point. You’re hoping a guy rolls 15-20 times. On avg 6-8 rolls your leaving a lot of money on table. This is super aggressive strategy I think.
False. 5 , 9 are brothers you split the 2 since they Are equal value. So you have $10 on 1 that pays 14 , you press both for 5 each. Or 6 and 8 for 6 each. I do start low @ $ 25 on 5 and 9 $30 on 6 And 8, all pay $35 , take a hit then 6 and 8 to $42 pays $49 another hit 5 and 9 to $35. Now 5,6,8, 9 all pay $49:
Do you want to know the secret to winning at craps? It can be done. I'm being 100% serious. I work in the industry. I've seen people do it, and every single winner does the exact same thing. Do you want to know the secret? No BS. I'll tell you the secret. Here it is... you have to get lucky.
Literally everyone knows this. But it's also undeniable that strategic ideas will put you in the best position to win. A person flat betting all night has to get much luckier to win the same amount as a person strategically pressing bets.
This strategy is terrible advice. Statistically out of 100 attempts you could expect a streak of 5 9s before a rolled 7 2x out of 100 attempts. Let that sink in. If your average bet is $10. Then you are expected to lose $420 for every 100 attempts. Potentially the 4 or 10 with larger payouts could provide a greater ev, but Casino isnt worried about you pressing.
These guys are full of bs. Also now that bubble craps machines are everywhere playing at a table is a waste of time. There’s nothing worse than dealing with nasty stick men and watching some drunk fool rolling the dice in front of himself 4 times before he throws them.
This example is all hypothetical. No one knows when the dice will shoe a 7 and it wil lmore likely than not. You guys sound like you work for the casino.
I think what people need to understand and remember is that CQ always stated that it’s NOT GUARANTEED. They are teaching you how to capitalize on a lucky streak. I’ve seen so many people get a lucky streak but only break even with what they have on the field.
lol that is the whole point of this video now that I’ve actually seen the video after seeing the comments 😂
You are exactly correct. You get a pin comment for that - Dennis

$66 inside squeeze play on a $10 table is my go to strat.

Have you watched Greg uloho?
ALL GAS NO BRAKES!!!
The glasses, the nose and the mustache?! Are you in disguise David?
They're probably META wayfarers.
With an average of only 5-6 rolls before a 7, it’s hard to leave the chips on the table.
Squeeze play pays for your bets will 3 hits.
Just sitting around wishing I had a new CQ craps strat vid to watch.
Tomorrow new strat comes out - Dennis
@ that’s a good one. Look into the Double Tap as well.

Haha, take out the emotional part of it....Has Dave ever watched live streams on this channel....ooooh yeaaaaah
in 20 years, i can remember 1 good roll. and i maxed it out. only made a couple G's LOL
I think $10 tables are good for half-presses. But I want to collect on the first hit on each number to get my bet back.

I turned 600 into over 16k twice in the last month
I like the 220 inside regression to 135 across after 2 hits
Until the roll goes 10, 10, 4, 7 😂
