Hey Billy, I found images of this building on Google Maps (Street View) with all the porches still attached. You can even move around from the front to the side of the building for a better look. I believe that the street view images were captured in 2007 per the copyright bar in the bottom right corner of the image. The gas pump island is some what visible. I hope this helps and thanks for the video. My wife and I watched Elvis in "That's the Way is It" yesterday and it was great to see the king doing his thing. We will be watching the "Come Back Special" today. We are in an Elvis concert period that started with the viewing the the Elvis Mini-Series that we watched a few days ago. It goes without saying but Elvis was the star of the people and he was so accessible to his fans. Yes we are tightening-up with the "King of Rock & Roll" and the Spa Guy.
Great feeling just looking at the scene and imagine Elvis & the Guys were actually there. Good forensic Elvis History Mr Spa Guy & Spa Guy Senior.

As always, another fascinating Spa Guy historical video. I went to Google Earth just now, and the street view showed the building with the porches still in place, so they must have collapsed or been removed relatively recently.

I was waiting for the 2nd part to this story. I went on Google maps and, did my own investigation. You can see the wrap around porch on the front of the building. This is so cool. Thanks for sharing this video. I loved seeing your Dad too.

Your forensic examination of this location almost comes under Elvis archaeology seeing how it is now seeing how it was then. I love it! Thought you'd found the actual mailbox for a second 10:32. that would have been a nice prize to take home. ;)

I live in Ernul. Weird stumbling into this. I’ll have to watch the first video. Oddly I was looking up “Whiteville, NC”. I am pretty sure 17 went right by the Ernul Post office. If you would have continued straight at the fork, it would’ve taken you back to 17 at Vanceboro.
