Top 5 skills: 1. be understanding 2. have great organisational skills 3. be really good on building relationships and/or keep in touch 4. listening (listen, not just hear) 5. marketing yourself Got it! Thank you for the tips!! I love watching your videos btw :)
I agree. I'm a Corporate Recruitment Consultant and patience is not something I have much of. You definitely need to be understanding because sometimes things can occur that are beyond your control. I do, as a Recruiter, get a buzz on seeing things happen and knowing that you're making a difference in someone's life! I would rather earn less money knowing I made a difference than earning more money simply getting by! I have a great career in Recruitment and it really never feels like work because I enjoy it so much! Recruitment is a great career if you enjoy meeting people, establishing relationships, and above all, getting satisfaction out of seeing others succeed!
Love this girl...we’re London so we presume we’re better than you all the time but she’s bang on the money... I’ve got two new girls joining us and this is the training video..Cheers love ❤️
❤️😍 no lie! 🎉 Because of your channel I got my first recruitment interview yesterday!! 😍🎉🎉❤️ Thankyou so much! 😍 love your smile girl!😍😍❤️❤️ Thanks for your content! Game changer! Let's help some people get the job of their dreams! Wahoo!! Xxxxx
- Be Understanding - Be organised - good at building relationships - remember things or keep notes! - listening 👂 - Be precise - Ask questions My soucer interview is very close! Fingers crossed 🤞 and thanks for all the tips 😊
Just ran into your youtube channel a couple of days ago and I just want to say how much you have helped me with my interview process as a staffing recruiter. Keep up the great content!
I have just watched your video from Melbourne Australia, because after spending 12 weeks in the Emergency COVID 19 Intensive Care Ward of the main Hospital in Melbourne Australia, followed by having spent the last 10 weeks in Covid Recovery, where I am confined to one room in a Facility adjacent to the major Hospital, the Doctors tell me that it may be many months before I can return to work, but with limited hours, While I have a lot of related experience, with the top level Recruiting Companies in Australia, I am now evaluating if my health will permit me to work with the energy that you so clearly demonstrate. But the message that I took away from your video is that I need to Market myself. While that may seem obvious advice, for many years I was known to the CEO's of the major Computer and Telecommunications Companies because they had dealt with me on a personal basis for decades. But the problem is that if I decide to use my extensive marketplace experience to create a new Recruiting Service, I need to get known again at Middle Management level for all of the reasons that you referenced in your presentation. So I am back to square one, because your excellent advice made me question if I am as well equiped to succeed, if I set out to enter the market in my own right, because I am well aware that I have not fully recovered from the last five months that I have spent in Hospital and I don't want to put limitations on a fresh challenge. But I have the experience to be able to both listen to and understand what you said. Now I need to think how I can apply what you said. Phil.
Hey Brianna, I noticed you don't add ads. Did you forget about this or not putting ads in purpose? Just curious. Great channel and great tips. I had a recruiter's interview today and your videos helped me tune in the right mode. Thank you!!!
Do you really want to get your masters? You don’t need one to be a great recruiter. If I had to choose, I think I’d do marketing. It’s such an important skill to market yourself as a recruiter
I'm in need of changing my career path and have been looking into this field for a while now. I know I would be amazing in this role. I'm ready to make the move. I'd like to train and learn from you, and work for you. How can I do that?
Think it is a dog eat dog world have to grab those candidates before other agencies do. Think I could earn million a year from automotive industry on my own? Need other consultants? Thanks
