Love your videos! I just started legal recruiting. I’m a former legal secretary and I feel like I’m learning a whole new language but I love it. You’re a great teacher. Thank you.

Thanks for sharing! I recently joined a company as a Talent Coordinator with a very high volume of applications , veeeery different than what I am accustomed to in Human Resources. Look forward to your next video.

What do you mean by "Do your new business" at the end? Is it business development to find new clients? Is it sourcing to find more candidate (get more resumes)? Is it either/or/both? How did you mean it? Thanks!

This is a really important topic. I'm wondering can any of those 5 tasks be done by someone you hire? For example, an overseas personal assistant trained to star important emails and help with creating leads.

I know this is an old video and I'm new to the channel, but for visual learners it would help to have these key points in text. Perhaps on screen around 9:20 or in the description.
