    Thanks for posting this! I have a old injury (took a flying bat to my ankle as a kid) and I wanted to try this without a band since I don't have the right kind, plus I wasn't sure it would work. I tried this out alone, curled up on my couch lol, it decreased that front pinching pain by a lot!

    thanks for the information i’ve realised when my ankle moves outwards with a force there’s pain in my syndesmosis .

    when I rotate my ankle I can feel the tendon popping over the talus and you can hear it aswell. anyway to get it to go away?

    Can you do over 100 reps in one set to gain mobility fast?

      You can do more reps, but the joint may become sore and limit your progress. The amount you can do really depends on how your body tolerates the mobilization.

    I broken my tibia 45 days ago doctor said walk with walker I have put my down there was stiff in my ankle i cant seat down with my broken leg what was the solution for dorsiflexion

    I can’t run when i am playing football my ankle feels like out possition it made moves i feel like its not balance

      Sorry to hear that. Your ankle can’t go out of place without suffering a very severe trauma, but it can feel that way sometimes. I would try implementing the exercises in my ankle sprain video and see if your symptoms improve.

    I can't move my towards shin it not moving after football practice without any known injury. But I was keep practicing shot with that lef

      Yes, I would just be careful not to push past mild pain.

    My dorsiflexion isn't good, Looks like my Achilles tendon it's stiffness. I broken my tibia 3 years ago. The trauma wasn't close to the ankle (Middle of the bone), But I didn't effort enough in my exercises. Now, After all that time, Is it possible recovery my mobility? I cannot run Cuz that

      It’s definitely harder to gain mobility after this amount of time has gone by, but,
      with consistent practice, you can gain more mobility. I recently posted a dorsiflexion, mobility video with other options that would likely be helpful to you.

      I broke my right tibia 2years ago and since that happend my left ankle ist sooo pinchy. The right side is better then ever... For me all those excersises do not work cause they force the pinching. Still searching for s solution.

    Hi ,after post OP to my ankle with muscle loss and bone fracture 3 months ago
    I'm now able to walk slowly. But while I'm doing doriflexion ,it is not moving and unable to bend my knee , stiffness in ankle joint. How to overcome please

    Thank you for information. What exercises could i do to improve inward motion of my ankle. I seem to have very limited mobility when I try turn my ankle inwards it causes some pain if I try force it

      Are you referring to ankle inversion (the movement that happens during an ankle sprain)?

      @@RehabScience no, I don't have a sprain. It's just that I feel that my right foot is extremely stiff that I can barely move it inwards

      Ankle injury ligament or tendon injury and Ankle is stuck in place

      Put a resistance band around the foot where the persons hand is in the video and you can do this yourself.
