Thanks for posting this! I have a old injury (took a flying bat to my ankle as a kid) and I wanted to try this without a band since I don't have the right kind, plus I wasn't sure it would work. I tried this out alone, curled up on my couch lol, it decreased that front pinching pain by a lot!
You can do more reps, but the joint may become sore and limit your progress. The amount you can do really depends on how your body tolerates the mobilization.

Sorry to hear that. Your ankle can’t go out of place without suffering a very severe trauma, but it can feel that way sometimes. I would try implementing the exercises in my ankle sprain video and see if your symptoms improve.
My dorsiflexion isn't good, Looks like my Achilles tendon it's stiffness. I broken my tibia 3 years ago. The trauma wasn't close to the ankle (Middle of the bone), But I didn't effort enough in my exercises. Now, After all that time, Is it possible recovery my mobility? I cannot run Cuz that
It’s definitely harder to gain mobility after this amount of time has gone by, but, with consistent practice, you can gain more mobility. I recently posted a dorsiflexion, mobility video with other options that would likely be helpful to you.

Hi ,after post OP to my ankle with muscle loss and bone fracture 3 months ago I'm now able to walk slowly. But while I'm doing doriflexion ,it is not moving and unable to bend my knee , stiffness in ankle joint. How to overcome please

when I rotate my ankle I can feel the tendon popping over the talus and you can hear it aswell. anyway to get it to go away?

If you check out my part one ankle sprain video, it will show a stretch for improving dorsiflexion mobility.

Are you referring to ankle inversion (the movement that happens during an ankle sprain)?
