actually the thing with hannahs eyes kind of happens to me. i have greenish brown eyes and when im sick or i slept really bad they look browner and more glazed over but when im healthy and ive slept well they actually show through more of the green.
The Artemis Fowl movie is coming out soon! You should totally do a By The Book on the series when it comes out. If you haven’t read it, it’s a really good book series.
I’ve always felt connected to Spencer on the show but i never realized how much I look like her from the books (minus the green eyes) she’s also one of the only characters I’ve ever known that plays my sport (Field Hockey)
I love this! The only thing you missed was that Spencer is often described having peachy pink bow-shaped lips, but it's such a small thing. Good job! :)
I have true hazel eyes. Sleep matters since the color changes with lighting and if your eyelids are drooping it will cast a shadow. There is green, dark brown, and amber scattered throughout my eyes (which is typical for true hazel eyes) so it depends on angle and lighting.
If you ever decide to revisit this series, I think some fun ones to do would be Monster High -- while not at major Hollywood production, their descriptions are vastly different from their doll and cartoon appearances -- and Twilight!
Can u do A Series Of Unfortunate Events? I’ve just started watching the Netflix series and my mom said there was a book before the series and I wanted to know the difference
@@tylovsuu the movie was awful. It mixed up all three movies into a mess. Really? A happy ending, I mean it was nice to see them have a good end but it kinda messed it up. Although I'm very happy to see Olaf go through the same thing, but... meh. The series at least did it, well. We'll better then most. But it's sad because now the books only have the tv show on the cover instead of the weird but really interesting art in the real covers. Read the books.
While the Netflix series is pretty good and far more accurate than the movie (and does not reduce Violet's entire role), I actually feel that the movie gets the whole dark and gothic tone of the books better than the Netflix series. But then it had to go screw it all up by only adapting three books and mixing up the plot. Also you should totally read the book series, they're the best. There are many differences such as that the Netflix series paints VFD in a better light while in the books, VFD is far more complex.

This was my favorite book series as a preteen and teen. I finished one of the books in a day when I first bought it. I hold a piece of my heart with PLL. The show... It was alright. I remember being so exited hearing they were coming out with a show. It's definitely different. It's much more theatrical and cheesy. I love your designs and am so happy you brought them to live! 😊

Eye color, especially HAZEL eye color, seems to shift a lot, specifically with changes like blood pressure, the lighting, and even the clothes they wear.
Please do Maze Runner or a Series of Unfortunate Events. Also, can you make a 2nd Hunger Games part, since you did one with Harry Potter. You could add the Careers (Clove, Glimmer, Cato and Marvel) or Foxface too
I'm in love with this series! I'd loooove if you considered doing the Twilight saga next or in the future. My personal imaging for the characters vs. the movies just isn't the same and I'm curious about your style when it comes to those characters!
I think Eragon/Inheritance would be interesting!! Those books were so good and the movie uhhh we don't talk about the movie. I think the Percy Jackson fans and Eragon fans can both shake hands on that.
I love the books with a passion and it's definitely my favorite book series of all time. For some reason I couldn't stand the show, not just because the characters looked no where close to there counterparts; but because the story was going to fast and it was already in the book3 stage in the end of season 1.
YESSS!! MISS PERIGRINE'S!! I got so confused when I got interested in the series and started looking up what the characters were, and the switch from Emma and Olive kindaaa made me queasy.
As someone who has hazel eyes, I feel like it's actually the opposite. When I don't get enough sleep, the reddening in my eyes contrasts with the green more and tends to bring it out.
A suggestion I have for the next time you decide to do a by the book episode would be the outsiders novel by s.e hinton because there are a lot of characters that I would find interesting to see the differences of book versus movie depictions

I’ve never seen the giver movie but I do know that they made all the characters like 16 and that makes me upset
yes,the giver!
The Giver! Yesss! I'm fairly positive they only aged up the characters for unnecessary romantic interaction. :')
Can you do The Outsiders by S.E. Hinton one day?
I think why I was so pissed off is because of the eyes
THEY'RE SUPPOSED TO BE BLUE! IT'S A MAJOR PLOT POINT! COMEON MAN!
Wait shit im thinking of the giver nvm
OMG I was so pissed when I saw the movie cuz Dallas has blonde air in the book (and it's mentioned several times) and brown hair in the movie!!
TWO-BIT!!
@@strawberryymvvn Yeah, that bothered me too
I wanna see a "the outsiders" version of this. The movie is waaaaay different from that book
patrick swayze was the only one that was accurate
Akita Uma Yeah Darry, Johnny and Cherry were all fairly accurate but everyone else was WAY off.
10:30
lol I remember reading a wattpad story where the main character's eyes are a mix between purple and green and at some point her love interest mentioned how they become more purple when she's crying and more green when she's happy??? I WAS SO CONFUSED
And it was a decent story it wasn't how wattpad stories are usually written, the tone and narration were really good (the plot was so lacking though) but I digress
Edit: fixed some typos
Some good ones:
One flew over the Cuckoo’s nest
Golden Compass
Lord of the Flies (seriously oh my god)
How to Train your Dragon
Love you girl! Keep it up!
Subliminal-Rose I love the golden compass movie but that’s probably coz I’ve only read a few pages of the book lol
Ceypahona the movie is good it’s just nothing like the book lol
I don't even like Pretty Little Liars but I ADORE this series.
P.S do Maze Runner
Thanks for all the likes!!
I love Maze Runner
Thanks
please do ‘simon vs the homosapiens agenda’ and ‘love simon’ for pride month!!
i really think you should do vampire diaries for this, they changed quite a lot in the show
Me: Oh I want to read this
LavenderTowne: Not recommended for... Not with the delicacy...
Me: Or not
for pride month, can you turn pride flags into cute characters?
also great vids! ❤️
thats such a good idea omg
Bop she did
Yassssssssssss yesssssssssss
Heheh...... here we are in the future....
actually the thing with hannahs eyes kind of happens to me. i have greenish brown eyes and when im sick or i slept really bad they look browner and more glazed over but when im healthy and ive slept well they actually show through more of the green.
I love all the drawing you made! They are all so good!
You forgot Hannah's Tiffany charm bracelet for the book drawing but I love your drawings too ❤❤❤
D3SPA1R I think it is Hanna not Hannah
I love this! The only thing you missed was that Spencer is often described having peachy pink bow-shaped lips, but it's such a small thing. Good job! :)
I think you should do Carrie next or The Shining. Idk I just feel like it would be cool to see you draw them by the book, I really like your style!
Early! i love you lavendertowne!
You can't be early unless you're a patron.
Can u do A Series Of Unfortunate Events? I’ve just started watching the Netflix series and my mom said there was a book before the series and I wanted to know the difference
there is also a movie that is actually worse than the Netflix series (in my opinion)
It also has a movie adaptation
While the Netflix series is pretty good and far more accurate than the movie (and does not reduce Violet's entire role), I actually feel that the movie gets the whole dark and gothic tone of the books better than the Netflix series. But then it had to go screw it all up by only adapting three books and mixing up the plot.
Also you should totally read the book series, they're the best. There are many differences such as that the Netflix series paints VFD in a better light while in the books, VFD is far more complex.
love the concept, your drawing style is adorable! may i suggest miss peregrine and the peculiar children books? tim burton did a LOT of changes for all the characters, and i'd like to see all the kids in your art style! would be super interesting to get your opinions on the books too if you ever read them. in any case, keep up the good work!
Aria is my favorite character in Pretty Little Liars! I love her so much! 💗
could you draw musical characters? I feel like you would enjoy drawing them cuz they are all so different and interesting. I suggest the musicals Be More Chill Hamilton and Dear Evan Hansen :)
I know pretty little liars is a lot different from the the books but I still love it!
Edit: I love the by the book series it’s cool to see the changes made!
You should do The Outsiders! It’s a really good book and was made into a movie in the 80s.
Love learning new descriptions, “coltish” is great, thanks LavenderTowne ❣️
omg why... every time I fall in love with a show, youtube channel, or hobby i always find such interesting things about it at the perfect timing
You should do “Bridge to Terabithia” they definitely made some changes🙂
that book almost made me cry darnit
I saw that movie on tv and I was so confused I figured it must have been a book first
10:35 `` I dunno what kind of anime magic that is-- `` - lavender towne, 2019
Here! Love your vids!
Also,HAPPY PRIDE MONTH!
you should do The Outsiders!!! there's some huge differences between actors and characters and I'd love to see you draw them
Eye color, especially HAZEL eye color, seems to shift a lot, specifically with changes like blood pressure, the lighting, and even the clothes they wear.
WAIT.. can you do “The Outsiders” by the book? Sorry, i still obsess over that book like a 14 year old girl.. but it’s so good!
You should do riverdale versus the Archie comics!
Please do Maze Runner or a Series of Unfortunate Events.
Also, can you make a 2nd Hunger Games part, since you did one with Harry Potter. You could add the Careers (Clove, Glimmer, Cato and Marvel) or Foxface too
lavendertowne: so i had alot of information about their outfits
also lavendertowne: so i just slapped the text rosewood day on there
I'm in love with this series! I'd loooove if you considered doing the Twilight saga next or in the future.
My personal imaging for the characters vs. the movies just isn't the same and I'm curious about your style when it comes to those characters!
Hi there, you’re amazing! Have a wonderful day!
Woah, I’m first... ;-;
You too!!
·Gacha_Lojic· Woah.. What a small world!
Prissy Cox uwu
Explodingcatz uwu
I think Eragon/Inheritance would be interesting!! Those books were so good and the movie uhhh we don't talk about the movie. I think the Percy Jackson fans and Eragon fans can both shake hands on that.
As a member of both fandoms I can verify this.
_If I got a penny for every time I rewatched the opening I’d be the next bill gates_
Sammee😂
I'LL BE STEVE JOBS!!
@Lilly Phillips - Jeff Bezos
I love the books with a passion and it's definitely my favorite book series of all time. For some reason I couldn't stand the show, not just because the characters looked no where close to there counterparts; but because the story was going to fast and it was already in the book3 stage in the end of season 1.
It’s strange how LavenderTowne uses the word “wtf” in the thumbnail when she doesn’t even curse
You should do one of these for The Outsiders
IKR the movie and book are so good
Oh hell yes
Could you try to do by the book on ready player one?
Could you do the Outsiders, maybe?
You should REALLY do Miss Peregrine's Home For Peculiar Children. They messed up a lot of things and left out a bunch of stuff!
7:40 I'm just like Emily -_-
All of my friends and classmates are so thin and then there's me.
Please do 'The Maze Runner' its a really good books and the movies are great.
Sky Bug heck yeah
A suggestion I have for the next time you decide to do a by the book episode would be the outsiders novel by s.e hinton because there are a lot of characters that I would find interesting to see the differences of book versus movie depictions
Video: *Is posted*
*Creators of pretty little liars* : Es'cuse meh?
You should do the characters in Pretty Little Liars: The Perfectionists
