Great 'more than' warm-up!
It helped me today because yesterday I hurt my lower back lifting a bag of compost. My muscle went into a spasm. I did a gentle walk this morning with my dog and then I wanted to do some stretches so decided to try the Dynamic stretches intermediate to begin and even though it was just 10 minutes it made me feel better. I will continue throughout the day doing a few more short stretches as and when needed. Thank you for all of your classes, they’re very good.
Finally something I can do without having to modify anything (mobility issues). I felt really great after. Will become a part of routine, I think.

Me too Bonnie. I slacked off two years ago. I have COPD, so needless to say I need this!! I am 77. Being out of shape is causing as many issues as the COPD!! Good luck to you.
i enjoy doing your exercises, especially because you take the time to take a deep breath. reminds me to relax and breathe . tku for working with those of us past 70 who still wish to exercise correctly.

Well, this was a long time coming and very welcomed, Mike. This one, too, is demanding, making it akin to a mini workout. The double reps were a challenge but in the end, I felt invigorated and supple. I was actually tingling when done. I haven't looked at your compilation page and am hoping you include this one in among your other stretches grouping. Thank you, Mike! I'm forever looking for more of these and am hoping that sometime down the line you produce another. I find them most helpful and fun to do...Anastasia

I haven't exercised with your exercises in quite sometime (I was doing other exercises though). I did this warm up routine 2x today and omg I feel so much better now! I'm going to keep doing your exercises!! I can even watch them on youtube on my tv! Thanks so much, you're the best Mike.

I began some of the stretching exercises about 4 weeks ago, and I've got to day, they make a real difference. My back is better, I breathe more easily and my grasp has gotten stronger. Wow! and these exercises are fun, too. half hour isn't too much time a day to feel good and strong!

I love that I can now print out my favorite sessions. I especially would like more advanced level options...as it is, for most of the intermediate sessions I use heavier weights and keep going while you introduce the next exercise. It is also nice to plan how much time I have and to choose the program accordingly. Love your style.
Yeh I'll be doing more advanced eventually :). There are a few more beginner/easier level videos I want to create but after that will focus more on the intermediate/advanced stuff.

Hello Mike. I've just discovered your channel. I'm 61 and have peripheral neuropathy, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, chronic migraine, gastroparesis and TMJD (Oh, and a stomach hernia. I'm just waiting for a public patient bed. Did I mention that I'm in
Australia?)Lately, I'm finding it harder to walk around shopping
centres'without being in a lot of pain. I wear comfortable shoes and use soft insoles with arch support). I'm on: Lyrica (am and pm), pandol osteo (3x a day), Oxycontin (2x a day), Citalopram (morn.s), Endep (pm) Nexium (am and pm). I'm planning to use
your videos to rebuild strength and fitness. As a young person
I was heavily into aerobics, gym workouts- weights and all. I also
swam long distance and trained 3x a week. It's frustrating seeing my body so out of shape. I find it hard to believe l can change it, but I know I need try. Do you have in person clinics or classes?

Well that was not too hard and guess what ... I felt everyone one of them ... Going to the gym now for an hour and I always do not pay enough attention to the stretching first . I do get on the crank winders and so the shoulders are fine but the rest o f the body needs to warm up first I agree. Won the finals on Saturday for the lawn Bowls after 10 weeks of competition so yeah 80 and till hanging in ... Always a good wake up call .... Thank you

Wonderful! Quick question: you usually do both directions in moves like the hip circles. In this case, we only do one direction. Is there ever a reason to reverse as well? Thanks so much for all you're doing. It's really fantastic!
It's not going to make much of a difference doing both directions for this one, but go both directions if you want. I actually had both directions in this video (well I thought I did), but when watching it back, I realised I only did it on one side 🤦, so I took it out! .
