I was married to a narcissist and I would always break down, but I realized once I showed him that his lies, insults and hateful ways didnt bother me ,I became stronger everyday to the point that as time passed he was losing his hold over me. You want to defeat a narcissist show them your strength, as long as a narcissist can see the affect they have on you it empowers them, gives them control. Dig deep ,get that strength and live your life empowered!! 💪 ❤️
Forget about the scale!!! You're looking amazing!!! ❤️ I've struggled with my weight my whole life! Lost 30 pound from Oct to January and now I just eat better and haven't gained any weight. That is the hardest part and for the first time in my life I'm in the same weight for months!! You got this
Yes same! I did fasting before and it was really difficult because my blood sugar would drop and I would feel so weak. Now I eat what I want just in moderation. It's all about calories in. Even if you are only eating one meal a day but eating more than you would in a whole day it won't really make a difference. Space the meals out and don't over do it, easier said than done of course haha.
Yes forget the scale! Focus on eating enough for energy and weight training. Building leg and butt muscle is so important for woman’s health and insulin response. Eating enough is important to not wreck one’s metabolism which only makes fat loss harder and harder. This is the bodies survival mechanism. It will hold onto fat more and more after each period of starvation or prolonged calorie deficits.

I went thru a nasty divorce 14yrs ago. I mean it was a living nightmare. No one could understand what i was going thru. It was like a movie. ‘He’ was/is a narcissistic sociopath. Here in CT the judicial system for family court is BS. I couldn’t prove mental/emotional abuse even tho i documented EVERYTHING. I had to drop my 1yr old off to his sperm donor for overnights and i was devastated. Here we are 15yrs later and its just NOW ok. Because my son is old enough to make the choice to not want to see ‘him’ anymore. You will be ok♥️ It gets better

Hey mommytang!! When i do diets i used to do what you did, but eating a big lunch and salad for dinner then workout/cardio alot at night helps soooo much!

Kids now a days are so lucky if they want that vegan lifestyle. I went through so much cardboard textured vegan food. But that made me be creative with my cooking 😉 I’m so happy for Peppi to be interested in that vegan lifestyle 🌱🥹🖤✨

Dealing with a narc like that has nothing to do with you, what the narc is saying about you is not true and even they know that about you. They know they are lying but they are willing to say anything to keep you hurting enough to be with someone as broken as them....The second they realize that their acrions and words dont hurt you they will move on to find someone else that will take their hurting. You are strong keep being happy you have moved on...and recognize that they are just sad, lonely, and broken. How wonderful for you to be free from that! Proud of you
