In the supper hot summer days of April when the Mahabisuba sankranti is celebrated all over India with different names as per the area where it observed.. In odisha its called Panaa sankranti(ପଣା ସଂକ୍ରାନ୍ତି).. A special jhilli pana made on this auspicious day every year since my childhood at my home n I love it too much...learn the recepy from my mother ❤️....happy to share with you all 💓
Required materials: (here I made 18 glasses of panna)
Water: 10glasses
Milk :2 litres
Suger: 250gms
Arrowroot(ପାଳୁଅ) :100gms
Banana:8-10
Pomegranate :1
Grapes:250 gms
Cherry :10-15 (optional)
Coconut :1 (grated)
Raw mango :2
Black pepper :20-25
