I'm intrigued by the brief glimpse of the rain-cover for the bike, maybe you could do a gear review of all the little extras you take along with you. Terrific weather for a change, and beautiful scenery along the way. Thanks Dave for sharing.
Good to see you back on the bike Dave. It appeared a nice day but them winds got you working. I gotta say it's always good to check out places we pass - finally we lay our curiosity to rest. No entry to the church but hey you peered in. Hey, back to the enclosure - a nice new tent too. A big result with the Big Agnes. Well, good going. All the best as always. Mark
I’m always happy when I’m out on the bike Mark, it was a pity the churches were locked up but a sign of the times I reckon. it was a decent night with a good test of the big Agnes .tfw atb Dave
@@BorderRambler Yeah, I know you love the bikes Dave. Gotta sort a setup myself. For sure a sign of the times. Good to hear of the result with the tent. And for a bargain!
Really nice spot for camping that one. Interesting about the churches as well. Good looking setup with the pack and now you've got me thinking about a bike/camp trip 👍
Thanks Graham, I do like a wander around old churches . Give it a go on the bike, you certainly see a different aspect to the countryside. Atb Dave 🚲⛺️👍
Nice to see you out on the bike - I do love a cheeky little overnighter! Nice to get a glimpse of more southern stretches of the NCN7 as well, I know slightly more northern parts of it very well.. - ATB Tom
Nice one Dave - that's a canny old pedal into headwinds for a quick overnighter. Good the midges weren't out, I've heard rumours the little sods are coming out of hibernation, or back from abroad, or wherever they go hiding over the winter months. New tent looks canny - and if you got a bargain because of a couple of patches then happy days, as long as it's functional who cares :) Catch u on the next one atb DVS :)
Thanks Donna, I can confirm the little bar stewards are back !! I have no idea where they holiday but I wish they would go back. woodland and low level camps are always a challenge this time of year . Pleased with tent which was a bargain , they all are aren’t they 😂😂 tfw atb Dave ⛺️🚲👍
Hi Dave, I really fancy a bike camp when I watch yours ! But 15 hilly plus miles to the wilds, I am not so sure lol, I like the big frame pack it looks handy, great camp you had there, enjoyed it Cheers Adrian
Nice one Dave, beautiful countryside on your way there 👍 my mate Rockstar Mark has got that Big Agnes tent I'm sure, he likes it but as he's 6ft 2" he reckons it's a bit tight. Enjoyed this matey. Lee
Nice one. You've been getting closer on some vids but this one was right in my neck of the woods - you were just around the corner from me when you had your snack stop at the bus shelter. Saw plenty of familiar lanes and places.
What a difference dry tracks make , I looked at them Big Agnes tents, is it the copper spur? They are full some good features. Plus drone shots now in the mix . All the best Darren
That must have been the same night I was up in the highlands camping. It was about 2am when the aurora really kicked in. Brilliant video as per Dave. Loving the new tent. ATVB Robert
Once there were many country churches open and unlocked. Not now. Very sad. Just like France, I suppose with all the demographic changes, it is no longer possible.
Kershope is so quiet.....except for the midges. Great video.
Yes it’s a quiet area apart from the midge !!!

Noted, it was a DD magic carpet XL tarp which covers the bike nicely, weather was great for cycling and camping . tfw atb Dave

It was Rob, my phone pinged at about 9 but it was way to light to see out 😂😂 👍
@@BorderRambler should see it tonight if you leave the camera out overnight. Highest I’ve seen ping

Love a bike pack camp . Im intrigued by that frame bag you have , looks a good adition.
How many tents do you have Dave.. atb joe
Thanks Joe , too many tents is the correct answer 😂 it’s an Alpkit made to measure frame bag …. atb Dave
