    80% of points won by Timo is through Almiyan's weak forehand. Timo is highly experienced.

      @@rohangilkestv wrong , timo won becuase most points he won by attacking forehand then backhand , which made noshad backhand even weaker than his forehand.

      Неправильно. Тимо выиграл исключительно потому что не бил со всей силы, а мягко вращал. И Ношад не мог его вернуть, так как играет в основном на подставках. А мячи Тимо не смог в стол вернуть

    The variation of placement, speed and spin is what wins our legendary Timo Ball. It is a welcome game always with the younger guys to experience this kind of player. I think they are not used to this type of player so they messed up their rhythm and shot.

      @nils-and-kat-devine Рік тому

      Yes! And to me it looks like he may have even adjusted his game to account for the current environment. He’s closer to the table and he’s ending points sooner by not attacking the same location twice.

      my man, he has a neurological disorder that puts him at a significant disadvantage and still he finds a way to compete at the top level, even to beat the top chinese. The discipline and effort he puts in dispite his disadvantage is insane. In what is he not a 'truly competitive' player?

    Alamiyan looks like a right handed player playing with the left hand. Decent in backhand as the natural position in backhand is to be parallel to the table but terrible in forehand as he never puts his left leg behind his right leg which is very unnatural to do for a right handed player.

    WTT is destroying the sport Broadcasting-wise! The camerawork is atrocious! Even when the picture quality is good, they somehow find a way to mess things up!
    God damnit, YOU DO HAVE A SECOND CAMERA that is placed correctly for left handed players, yet you choose to use it only for serve preparation and abruptly cut to the camera that has the view obscured by the player's back! Who is directing these events? These are ELEMENTARY stuff!

      In the past many penholders couldn't play normal backhand, so should shakehand players use only forehand for the sake of some "fairness"? Definitely no

      @@eldonsoneto6969 This is a little superficial. In fact, I consider this statement to be true if you exclude the Chinese and partly the Japanese. I do not know about the Koreans or the Taiwanese. But those playing styles differ from what we are used to in the West. Their playing styles are more physical, the players are less healthy (see Ma Long) and it is not as sustainable as the European playing style (see Boll, see Ovtcharov, etc) Sometimes they are just about being quick at anything (the Japanese, in particular. This can also be problematic when they get older)
