  • An ambient walk through the park on a chilly Easter Day prior to its 50th birthday!
It sure felt good getting out to a park after what felt like a long winter. Kings Island refreshed many parts of the park for its 50th anniversary this year, which they plan to hold a birthday bash on Friday, April 29th!
Hope you enjoy this fairly ambient "silent" vlog through parts of the park!
Don't forget to leave a like if you enjoyed what you saw!!

Q: Why is it called a Silent Vlog?
A: It's a series of videos I make where I'm documenting moments in front of me with minimal to no talk leading the video. I only let ambient sounds and/or music dictate the audio. My goal is to tell a story without needing to verbally explain what's happening.
It's not a snarky thing, I'm just not much of a talker.

Hi! My name's Marcus. This channel is where I combine my profession as a videographer and passion for the amusement park industry into one. My channel doesn't have a set goal other than to share my experiences with amusement parks with the world and play around with photo and video equipment. Very often the two will combine, and that's when a more fancy video normally happens. Be sure to stick around for whatever fancy thing I post next by hitting that subscribe button, and thank you so much for coming by!

Great video! How do you like the R5 for video? Heard that it's amazing for photography but you don't see it get mentioned for video much other than 8k (and overheating). I'm a Sony guy but I did have some gear envy when it came out!

Regular 4K has no issues whatsoever, nice quality. 4K High-Res (used for this video) is just fine in bursts with shorter clips, you would only run into trouble with recording long clips on a warm day. 8K is practically pointless with how massive the file sizes are, lol. All in all, excellent photo and video work horse. Been using it for work for the past year.
