Wondering what time does the restaurants closed. My sister and I will be at the fort by 7 pm on November 3 from the airport and staying till the 10th

I highly recommend trying to see if you can book a reservation time on the Disney app as soon as possible for Trail's End or Crockett's Tavern restaurants at the resort since they get booked up pretty fast (months in advanced), and walk-up has little to no guarantee for any seating. If that doesn't work, then you can always do a mobile order pick-up time from P & J's Southern Takeout as well on the day you arrive. Hope you both have fun!
Edit: I just saw mobile order windows available for P&J for as late as 9:35pm. I also saw no availability for Trail's End on the 7th, but two evening times open on the 8th.
