I've been making a version of this tart for years; sometimes swapping in chard or other greens or a combo, or using ricotta salata instead of feta. I also usually add a little parm, lemon zest (which brightens it enormously) and nutmeg. Have never done the sesame seeds, will have to try!
Hi Shira, I tried this recipe last week with dry tomato for more color. :) It is really tasty and we are amazed by the olive oil-based crust could be so nice and crispy. I am wondering can we adjust it a bit for pastry crust? By the way, thanks for sharing!
