@@joefoto can you do a compare between the new Realsee vs mattaport, which one is more profitable and have more features and is it better to fix for new real estate virtual tour
Hey Joe, I have my first Real Estate Photography gig this coming Wednesday. The house is empty. Exterior shots have already been taken. So, just interior is what I will be doing. Any pointers? Do you have a video on your camera and flash settings? I have the Olympus EM12 with the LOWA lens you recommended. I am going to shoot flambiant with lights off unless my realtor friend just wants the lights on. Thanks for all the great content. I just want to make sure I show up ready to go.
Hi Joe. Could you also make a video about floorplans. Real Estate photographers also do floorplans and it would be nice to know how to do offer a floorplan service alonside with the real estate photography.
I second this..the whole Matterport/floor plan thing does my head in ;-) I'm kind of the photographer you're taking about in this video, i.e.experienced in Wedding/Events occasional corporate headshots, now giving RE a try @@joefoto
I watched the Small Kitchen video and noticed that you didn't fix the color in the cabinets showing in the left side of the shot. You then used that same finished image in this video as an example to show your work. I appreciate all of your videos but why didn't you use color fix to restore the color in those cabinets?
Thanks for sharing
You're welcome :)

I would but I don't use either one of those because in my area, most of the real estate agencies do their own.

I would keep lens at f4 and adjust shutter speed as needed. Use enough flash to light the room and you'll be fine. Let me know how it goes.

Great idea. I will do that soon!

I'll go back and watch. Not sure what you mean but I'll take a look. Thanks for the heads up.
