Sound deadening our CAMPER VAN using Dodo Mat DEADN.
About us:
We're Jodie and Joe and after years of searching for a new home, we realised that London can't offer us the lifestyle we dream of.
We've quit our jobs and sold our home, and are no longer tied to London, or even the UK.
So we bought our 2018 Peugeot Boxer and began our renovation to turn it into our perfect little home on wheels.
As we travel and explore each new place, we will be creating a list of 'must haves' to help us find the perfect place to call home.

I'm really enjoying the build. It'll be a good reference for my future build. The water system and storage tanks don't make me as nervous as the electrics. I once played a plumber in a local theatre production. So I have some experience with plumbing already.

@@JodieandJoe Only one performance and then I retired from acting work 😄 . If any plays or movies ever need a pretend plumber then I may return. I was very convincing at handling a wrench .

@@JodieandJoe hi again i only mentioned it as i have a window in my boxers sliding door, and it gives you a good field of view on the left hand side if turning right at junctions . If you have no copilot !
You don't need a roller. Just wipe it with a cloth

We got the "Water Tank Kit Fresh & Waste For Ducato, Boxer, Relay X250/290 Van to Campervan" on eBay but if you search that on Google there are lots of online stores that sell it

Why did you leave so much white space around your dead sounding panels in all your walls? Doesn't that defeat the purpose of sound deadening with so much exposed metal?
Apparently that's all you need, any more would have diminishing returns for the extra cost and weight.
Hello guys can I ask the dodo mat thermal insulation how do you rate it. Thank you.
Ours is still pretty cold in winter, id go as thick and insulated as possible

How many sheets did you use? I have the l4 relay
We didn't count the sheets but used 1 full box and about 1/4 of the second box. Hope that helps
