Lima talking about her sisters in past tense made my ears perk up. Also… when she said her sisters were suffering from seizures during treatment and was so quick to claim Amanda died from a seizure disorder was a very eerie correlation.
Same!!! When she talked about them in past tense I just felt weird like why are you doing that?
Everytime she speaks I just feel so uncomfortable, not sure what it is but her eyes look so empty, almost like she'snot humanor something. Okay I don't know if she's guilty of scamming and forcing her sisters into conservatorship but this all is definitely very suspicious. I really hope Dia and Dalia are okay and in real treatment and not locked up somewhere, not able to speak and tell their side or even worse dead.
I think seizures is what she’s going to now be labeling her little glitches with her virtual reality hardware ! What did she expect when her extensive virtual experience is a summer at her uncles laser tag business wiping down the equipment

the talking about the sisters in the past tense made me scratch my head as well, not to mention if you use a virtual reality headset and have any chance of having seizures that could end very badly for you, when you buy the headsets they have seizure warnings on every app you open, and in the booklets for the headset. I own one and have epilepsy, and cannot use my headset anymore sadly as my epilepsy was caused from abuse and being drugged and the more the seizures happened, they caused brain damage and couldn't be stopped. I pray that BJ still Investigates this and gets an answer for us.. Lima sounds Dangerous AF.
Brittany Louise Taylor was on a Shane Dawson documentary because she also vanished from UA-cam. She got married to this man that turned out to be a huge human trafficker and she was being abused. I find it really weird that she’s connected to these twins.

Yeah, I immediately thought about Amanda when I heard her say that about her sisters, too. I wonder if she couldn't, or shouldn't, use her virtual reality program if her sisters or Amanda Rabb we're diagnosed with schizophrenia?? It's also bothered me that these women deal have also had possible seizures of some sort. I just can't imagine those headsets being appropriate for anyone with a seizure disorder.

They're not going to bother. It's a bullshit story, imo. First off, why call the police for a medical problem? That's how mentally ill people get shot. Secondly, the sisters didn't call 911, Lima did, so the police couldn't press charges against the sisters. I think 911, had they been called, might have sent an ambulance.

I'm an identical twin. My sister and I went through childhood trauma and we have been diagnosed with the exact same things by different doctors. We share the same afflictions. Exactly the same. She actually was giving me a blood transfusion while in the womb. We don't have to speak to know what the other is thinking. We have gone through hell and back and we have been pretty much inseparable since birth. I love her to death and I will continue to protect her for the rest of my life. I feel if she is gone, I am gone. It's a little hard to explain unless you know, you know? Hah. Anyway...
1% of the population has DID. It would be SO RARE for twins to both have DID. If they have literally been together for their entire life thus far, one might feel the other twin's affliction and develop that same affliction, and they would use coping mechanisms and soothe the other. There could have been temporary psychosis between one twin and that twin ran away? Once a twin is separated from the other twin, it could cause the other twin to not feel complete. Does that make sense? I can't describe that any better, and it's only my theory. I have so many questions and a few theories, but this is f'ing bizarre.
I'm so glad you posted. I was thinking similarly to you. I'm not a mental health expert, but I've read tons of books from doctors and patients on the subject of many types of mental illness. Dissociative identity disorder is so rare in the population. To have it, properly diagnosed, in identical twins would be even rarer. The whole story just doesn't sound right. There are lots of elements missing or she's lying. Why aren't they being treated by a D.I.D. specialist over a long period of time? I think that's the only treatment that has any success rate, correct me if I'm mistaken. Short term, 60 to 180 day, in-patient stints are not going to treat D.I.D. properly, at least from my understanding. That virtual reality treatment sounds like a triggering mechanism for this disorder. Just everything about this story sounds wrong. Anyway, I hope you and your twin are healing and doing well. I can't imagine the trauma you went through.🫶🏻

i would push back on the idea that both twins having DID is improbable. statistically it is very unlikely yes, but if you're familiar with DID and how it happens it starts to be more plausible. the two biggest factors in DID development as we understand it are 1. continuous or repeated trauma during early childhood and 2. a natural propensity to dissociate. there is evidence to suggest that the latter has a genetic component, which would obviously be shared by the twins; the former would also likely be shared by the twins due to growing up together, unless the perpetrator of abuse targeted only one of them for some reason. DID is a nature/nurture combo, and since they share both i wouldn't be surprised if they both ended up with DID in adulthood. there are definitely documented cases of siblings who jointly experienced a traumatic childhood and both developed DID. that being said, i don't trust a word out of lima's mouth. but if the twins themselves are saying they have DID, i'm inclined to believe them until proven otherwise because that's just my approach to disability/mental illness

It really stood out to me that Lima kept referring to the twins in past tense. she always uses the words "was" and "were." she never once said "is" or "are" or referred to them in the present tense. in my experience every time there was a person missing and someone only referred to them in the past tense its because that person knew that theyre not coming back. i really think that the twins are dead and Lima knows it. she very purposefully always referrers to them as "they were identical twins." i really hope im wrong.

@@galaxys6071 DID can be onset as an adult if they were mind controlled. Which her technology does. But I have a feeling they were mind controlled earlier and that’s what the “abuse” was. The alter gave it away. There’s deeper roots and corruption to this story and I’ve studied MK ultra for 10 years and this is it to every exact detail. The DID diagnosis came from MK ultra experiments, never existed before those experiments started. A direct result of it. Those girls were experimented on heavily.

I got off the H train after 3 years and what finally worked was locking myself away in my bedroom for almost 2 years cutting off all contact with people from my old life and starting fresh developing new habits and routines.

In my opinion, someone is the odd one out and always has been. Someone was also exposed to traumatic events and now they gaslight everyone into thinking that they are the stable, healthy, and level headed ones (as a means of their own self preservation). She acts all sweet and nice around people and then treats me horribly she is the payee on my check because she convinced them that i couldnt handle my own money and now im pretty much a prisoner in her home she doesnt want me to have and friends or go anywhere and its very frustrating it makes me want to drink but i cant because she wont let me have my money so i do stupid stuff like drink cough syrup mouth wash or hand sanitizer because she will buy that. which is worse for me and i know doing it is stupid but i would do anything to escape my reality but really im just killing myself slowly.

DID isn't genetic. It comes from extreme, long term trauma and is incredibly rare. Also shows up before 20s. Out of thousands of patients I've come across a decade long career with complex mental health issues, I've come across it once, by proxy from a colleague discussing client load during supervision.
For twins to have it is statistically improbable. My guess is it is used as a marketing ploy for AURA.
I'm not saying they don't have mental health issues, but both having successful careers and serious mental illnesses is slim to nil. (The only thing I believe is the addiction).
If they had that kind of upbringing anyway, how and why are they obvious trust fund babies with lots obvious disposable income?

I have a conspiracy. Take it with a grain of salt this is coming from my own imagination:
It’s interesting how she stated the cause of death was a “seizure disorder” and her sisters also happen to deal with seizures. Her sisters were mis diagnosed with schizophrenia, and then she went on to treat someone who was also mis diagnosed with schizophrenia. “Drug induced schizophrenia” Lima says. This looks like an alignment, a pattern.
Lima’s whole career has been taking away the autonomy of ppl in the name of mental health.
I believe she took advantage of her sisters in a vulnerable state to take the spotlight. I mean look at her sisters! They are gorgeous, they are talented. They also are twins. Twins have always gotten the spotlight in families and in life.
I think Lima might be an aboosive sociopath that cures her insecurities by controlling other ppl. I also believe she is an administrator of harmful things (maybe drugs) that could have caused physical harm to the twins and Amanda.

Yeah absolutely, nothing here makes sense. And she said she was on the phone for 9 hours. While they were in the midst of a 'pseudo seizure' from 'severe mental and psychological distress'. Ok so instead of calling a professional for help it takes her 9 hours to try and get the sisters arrested. Is this how she got Amanda Rabb arrested? Was it planned that they would do something to provoke Amanda knowing she'd react defensively (later termed as 'attacking her father's - the same person who molested her). Plus both twins having seizures simultaneously? Really?

One thing I'll also never understand is how Lima was able to keep getting away with things, just from starting this Aura company alone. Her default body language is enough to make you doubt her capabilities or sincerity. She also sounds unsure A LOT of the time. Listen to her voice. Her sentences have this tendency to go up in tone by the end like she's asking a question even when she's not.
I really feel like Lima was not expecting for things to blow up like this. She thought she found a golden ticket with Amanda, for money to start pouring in. But she died. And now she's in a lot of shit. I am sorry, but I feel like her crying about Amanda was not about Amanda. It was her actively fearing about which doors her death just opened and the questions that are going to start popping up.

I have a friend from CA who talks like that I am now realizing xD Anyway, other than her voice, the content of what she's saying doesn't sound like she knows what she's talking about sometimes. It's just the overall feel of her speech. Probably also doesn't help that that's where she's from.

You are spot on. I immediately made the connection with the name “AURA” as someone who is an ARNP, a person with epilepsy/seizures, and as a person who shares the diagnosis of Migraines with Aura with two siblings and a niece. The “Aura” in “migraines with aura” bit refers, for me, to the strange, stroke-mimicking symptoms I get about half an hour before a migraine starts.
There were several things that stuck out to me about the autopsy report. Here are the big two:
1. As a person who has grand mal seizures, the last thing in the world any doctor with any experience at all in neurology or seizure activity would recommend would be VR in ANY form. While it is true that there is only a small percentage of epilepsy sufferers for whom flashing/strobing lights are the known cause of seizures, anyone who has brain trauma, seizures, and even certain types of learning disabilities that impact the physical structure and anatomy of the brain are discouraged from fucking with that stuff. The dangers simply aren’t fully understood but the strobes, on their own, are known to cause myoclonic jerks and clonic-tonic seizures in even non-epileptic persons.
That’s a bunch of shit that comes down to “why would you put VR on someone who had a significant history of brain trauma ya big dummy?!?”
2. So the fact that Lima did not want to acknowledge SPECIFICALLY the clonidine is an interesting observation in light of the actual cause of death being declared arrhythmia. Clonidine is a common medication used in rehabs. It is known to help take the edge off of some of the most uncomfortable symptoms of withdrawal, so it makes total sense that she would have been prescribed clonidine while in a chemical dependence treatment facility. That said, it has to be closely monitored because it can cause cardiac arrhythmia. That’s just very interesting to me because she seems to want to hide either that totally reasonable drug *or* she’s trying to hide the cause of death - cardiac arrhythmia. So was Amanda not prescribed the clonidine and it was just being given to her? Had it been prescribed legally but Aura failed in their duty to collect blood / produce Amanda for blood collection in order to monitor her blood levels? Was the rehab facility and / or Lima negligent in not taking Amanda to her healthcare appointments or failing to monitor her blood pressure and O2 stats while she was taking the clonidine? And was she taking it for sleep or as a blood pressure medication - because if not, she was STILL being given it to aide with discomfort in withdrawal a literal YEAR after she was off drugs?
I think the clonidine is a key here, I just am not totally sure on what role the medication played, if any, as well as what she was taking, how much, and why. Much of that should be in the autopsy report.
I was prescribed loads of clonadine pills and patches (Catapress) when I was detoxing off methadone/opiates. I was also prescribed it for anxiety and used it to sleep. It lowers the blood pressure

The aura website is.. something else. I went to look for names of doctors or therapists that work there & might have seen Amanda. There are none listed, but this is a direct quote “At present the only way to access AURA's healthcare technology is by receiving access from a healthcare provider using the AURA platform to monitor patients.” Was a doctor EVER treating Amanda, especially when she was using the VR? And is this the same person who prescribed her medicine? A professional investigator could probably find this out. Or at least find a “healthcare provider” connected

The videos are so well edited and the story is so insane, I honestly believe this woman is capable of creating these characters. Yeah, it’s so crazy I think she may have made up the whole twin thing and then launched her conservatorship scam and story. That would explain the lack of police involvement and real media focus. The twins that she created and destroyed are the ‘legitimacy’ to her story. Again all of it seems made up.

Amanda was more likely referring to the virtual reality thing (which could certainly make someone with her problems paranoid, no clue why anyone thinks it’s helpful for those with paranoid and/or psychotic symptoms)

VR can be overstimulating for normal people, imagine what it would do to someone with previous mental health issues and a history of drug abuse.

Love this so much. To answer your scholarship question, I am a drug and alcohol counselor and the inpatient rehab I worked at, we did do scholarships and we did call them that. However, hers is for testing purposes because who the heck would willing pay money for this?
Not only that DID takes a very specific criteria for diagnosis, but true DID is extremely rare. Like one of the rarest mental health issues. I cannot emphasize this enough.
And the way she talks about her sisters as one person? Nah.
I believe Mark has the best intentions. I've listened to hours of interviews featuring him. I think he's being manipulated by her, too. She is a scary person.
It might only be rare because of how it presents (it’s supposed to be undetectable to the outside world and undetectable to the person who has it) and because of drs hesitation to diagnose it.
I have a strong feeling, based off of limas past/current actions with conservatorship/guardianships, that she’s exaggerating with the DID, likely doctor shopping with the “60 treatment centers” for the DID diagnosis. I think she’s using their creepy surreal video skit characters & calling it their alters. There’s just something so off with Lima’s story of “getting them help.”
I’ve heard her bash mental health therapists as a whole so much, yet she brings her sisters around to 60 different treatment centers? Perhaps the facilities were telling Lima they didn’t have the serious mental health issues she’s claiming & she’d move on to the next. Idk, I just believe Lima is not acting in good faith whatsoever.

The news report calling Dahlia/Dalia "developmentally disabled" is odd to me...Ive never heard that term used to refer to DID or schizophrenia or anything similar....it denotes more of a life-long, from childhood, during "development" years...does not mesh with Lima's story of the twins being poster children and then falling apart in their 20s after starting up a successful UA-cam channel...makes me wonder about their being a fourth sister or something I don't know...its just standing out weirdly to me anyone else?
I would be more likely to call in a a missing person police tip IF the person is a cognitively impaired. I think that LIMA lied to garner more coverage and assistance “FINDING” her sister. Lima isn’t opposed to stretching the truth on POLICE REPORTS and elsewhere.

Her sister do not seem in any way developmentally disabled. I believe they are might be heavily medicated though. There seems to be a lot of lies told in these police reports to make the victims look bad so that the police don’t take them seriously.
I thought this was odd too, but I googled specifically what encompasses "developmental disability" and DID is considered a developmental disorder. I still think it's a weird way to refer to it, rather than just "health concerns" or whatever, but it apparently is correct.
1st LOVE your content!! 2nd just some info....As a person who has worked in treatment centers....yes, treatment centers/rehabs will provide scholarships to someone that may not have insurance or the funds for treatment..... almost all major treatment centers/rehabs have some type of scholarship program in place...it's pretty common place for people struggling with mental health and/or addiction not to have a job with insurance, private insurance or the financial means to pay the hundreds to even thousands of dollars per day for treatment...please keep up the awareness and info you provide!! ❤❤
