Where is the documentation proving hes a child molestor? In the first video of Amanda where she still looked somewhat still all there mentally, she didn't make any kind of claims about her father like that and instead seemed to speak of him a good light. Then a while later when she's clearly experiencing schizophrenia whether drug induced or not is when she claimed her father was a molestor. So is that the only evidence that her father is a molestor? Because it's not hard for me to believe something that is in a state of drug induced schizophrenia is saying might just be nonsense. So far that's the only evidence I've seen of that claim, and what I saw from Amanda in her very first video really seems to contradict what she claimed in the video where she was super strung out and called her father a molestor.
He really called her a “street urchin”. Given my 24+ years working with people experiencing homelessness, substance use disorders, and psychiatric conditions, I have never seen such unbridled exploitation. Please continue to pursue this issue and shed light on it. ❤

It is NO coincidence that she wears white, has a light background, has less eye makeup than any past video, and has her camera angled so she's looking upward when looking at its lense. This is intentionally done to seem innocent. These are not the actions of someone who is innocent.

@@krystekk1Working in the mental health field doesn’t always have to numb people’s feelings. Yes, some level of detachment has to be applied to avoid problems but to truly be able to help people, you have to genuinely care. This worker clearly genuinely cares. I am sure their patients are in very good care.

Right? And I wonder what makes her think that making someone relive their trauma will show if the patient is considered high risk or low risk. No matter how recovered you are, being exposed to your triggers will have an effect on you.

Seizures were never even mentioned in the autopsy. It was arrhythmia. No evidence of a seizure was found whatsoever Lima completely made that up to say it was related to her physical trauma from a year + prior. She totally pulled that out of thin air!!

BJ or anyone with a medical background correct me if I’m wrong but if “Tylendol” was all that was in her system wouldn’t it be listed as acetaminophen and not Tylenol at all… because Tylenol is a brand name not the medication that’s in it because you can get a off brand it’s not called Tylenol the medicine is acetaminophen. So another thing that shows she wasn’t reading anything “word for word” IMO

Completely agree with you! I don’t have a medical background but I was a drug addict (addicted to pain medication) and every pill I took I looked up the Components of the pill to see how much hydrocodone was actually in the pill I was taking for the desired effects. And Acetaminophen is found in most if not all opiate medicine.

Been there. And a person needs to be totally sober for a long time to be properly diagnosed. I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder and was on medication for it. But when I became sober I didn't have any disorders, "they/it" had just magically disappeared. Every addict is bipolar while in addiction and its because of the drugs and environment

Certainly does. These predators are bold. You can snell some of them but you can't smell everyone. Basically someones pretends to be somebody they are not, most people are naturally bad actors and it's easy to spot someone who is faking it, Then there are the accepting actors with a true duality. exactly. as a recovering addict, in my opinion Amanda was doomed to fail. the way they went about forcing her to get clean she would have DEEP resentments about it. in order to have success at sobriety she would need to be ready to get clean herself. i was forced to get clean and stayed clean for 11 years before relapsing unfortunately. just my opinion

Not to mention, Lima says she appealed to the court by stating this was a “mental health situation, not a criminal situation” but if Amanda was cleared of any schizophrenia after her sobriety, what exactly were they continuing to treat her for? Just a question 🤔

When dad talks about Amanda saying "yes" to long term care, he's shaking his head in the negative while speaking a positive statement. He does it a few times. His body language doesn't jive with his words.
Something strange about Lima has always prevented me from liking her and I never quite knew what it was. She sells monthly boxes on her website where you can get vitamins at an overpriced and overpromised cost. There's tons of grammatical errors, which I find odd for something that's supposed to be professional. Those are small things in the grand scheme of things. She doesn't even have the degree to actually handle these people. She has an arts and political science degree.. like 💀. There is definitely something off about her.. and with everything coming to light, I feel justified in my instinct. And her white knights disgust me. They came at me and attacked me on his video, when all I said was "you've got balls to post this".
i noticed this too! and she's not transparent at all about what her qualifications actually are, i found out about her from mark's videos and got the impression that her degree was in healthcare or something based on how she spoke. bizarre she tried to go into some experimental medical therapy technology thing when her abilities just seem to be presenting an image to the public & making appealing looking ideas. she reminds me of elizabeth holmes

Yes! Thank you! It's obvious that she's fake as hell. She tries to give puppy eyes and fixes her hair a certain way or she puts on her "concerned" face or her "sad" face..I wonder if she was ever in an institution because she is so void of emotion that it's creepy. I am not in any way knocking people with mental health issues or people who have been to facilities but Lima reminds me of one of those characters from a movie that is really insane but cons, kills and entraps her way into positions of power.

Hi BJ, I have recently discovered your channel. I just want to say thank you so much for covering the Amanda Rabb case. I have been a viewer of Soft White Underbelly for a considerable amount of time now. I followed Amanda's story from the beginning and was really fooled into thinking that Lima and Mark were doing a right by Amanda. I was naive and didn't look too much into it. Amanda's passing touched my heart in a way I wasn't expecting. She was so bright, intelligent and had so much potential. Knowing what you have uncovered, I am boiling with rage. Significant regulations and oversight measures need to be applied to any 'resources' remotely like AURA. To experiment with someone's trauma like that is despicable.

I've got the hubby hooked on these videos now and he made a really good observation.
In the older videos she was sat on a stool with her head near the top of the frame. She was looking down to the camera, like a figure of authority.
In the response video, the shot was completely changed. The camera was closer, more intimate, but most importantly she was seated lower down, looking up at the camera. She wants to appear like an innocent little girl being questioned by an authority.
She changed from being in charge, to "who me?" As the hubs put it: "It shows the intent"

I’m sorry, a bit confused. Are you saying she chose the camera angle?
My psychiatrist put me on clonidine for sleep. I’ve heard it is also used to help drug withdrawal/treatment. Unbeknownst to me, clonidine is a black-label cardiology medication. I took it for roughly six months for sleep. I gained quite a bit of weight and also, unfortunately, suffered cardiological symptoms that to this day have not resolved, nearly two years later. Prior to clonidine, my blood pressure and heart rate were actually both chronically low, but posed no real trouble to my health. Now, I’m on two medications for my tachycardia and hypertension - neither of which have a firm grip on the issues. Doctors from two separate ER visits as well as my current cardiologist said that they were surprised my psychiatrist gave me that longterm, and at such a high dose, for sleep purposes. The cardiologist said they only use that medication as a last resort in their cardiology cases.
When I heard clonidine was found in Amanda’s system - on top of all of the other medications, it’s my opinion that she was set up for severe heart issues… she definitely was not monitored properly. Such a sad case of medical neglect - rehabs are not equipped to provide the proper medical monitoring for such complex medical patients.

Clonidine is a blood pressure medication that is also used for drug withdrawal. As a former heroine addict I've had to take this twice. Both times it knocked me on my ass and the second time I almost died because my blood pressure was getting so low. I couldn't stand up I could barely function. I can't imagine adding a bunch of other medications on top of that.

Maybe they meant to give you Klonopin? Similar sounding names. When I had trouble sleeping my doctor gave me Klonopin. Clonidine lowers your blood pressure.
I have been on suboxone for years and used it to quit drugs. Been clean about nine years, anyways, the doctor at the clinic I have been with for years tries to push clonidine on me all the time for insomnia or sleep issues. I always say no but he is obsessive about it, is he getting kickbacks or something? It's very fishy to me, especially after reading your experience and seems highly dangerous to one's health if they don't really need it. I feel awful for you and others, my doctor is handing this out to rehab/suboxone patients like candy. Conspiracy gears are turning....

There is EVERYTHING wrong with this story but I don't really see this as an issue. It bothers me when we accuse someone of not performing grief in the way we want. In this particular situation, I'd say it's likely he didn't care much. If this had been a parent in a similar situation who truly cared, they'd have already been grieving their child for years before the death and may not have a big emotional display. (The choice to dump the ashes on the beach is beyond bizarre tho.)
The body language and facial expressions Lima showed while Larry was talking about how he was telling amanda this woman was "the real deal" and she had a "really great rehab for her to go to" was very disturbing to me. Gabapentin which is a very old seizure medication also used for neuropathy and anxiety. Lastly, Resperdone is an antiphsychotic mostly used for schizophrenia or schizo- effective disorder. Why didn't Mark fact check the autopsy and toxicology report?This is a major issue for me bc I have a huge background in healthcare and patient advocacy! I can tell you right now those 3 medications had some sort of contraindication causing her arrhythmia.
Which is basically a fast then slow heart beat. Her heart could not pace itself properly because she had heart failure issues and needed a diuretic. This is so very sad that she made all those strides and died under the care in a supposed Healthcare facility of the state. Why in the hell didn't Mark fact check her autopsy? Finally, the autopsy report would never say Tylenol but acetaminophen! This story sickens me! Meanwhile, Mark there is a such thing as Karma! Not sure what medication you mean, but there is not such med as "colodaine". The only thing I can think of that you might mean is CLONIDINE, which is a blood pressure medication, but is definitely never used as an analgesic. Source: I'm a psych RN who has worked in psych and detox for a decade.
@@TheAtl198 you are correct, Clonodine is the name of this medication. I have ADHD, therefore my sleep patterns can be quite off at times. I am prescribed Clonodine to aid in sleep and a sleep pattern. It is a common, off-brand use to treat those with ADHD that have trouble sleeping. I was well informed by my psychiatrist that it can cause low blood pressure before I ever took this medication, therefore i am carefully aware and do not take any other for of blood pressure medications. I am not sure if the dosages are different, depending on its intended use, but yes, it can be used as a type of analgesic. I'm sure the clonodine, as well as the other blood pressure medications, were factors in her untimely, tragic end.

Thankfully am aware of how I feel, whether something is dangerous for me to ingest or not but during times of high stress can't think as clearly. They had me on hydroxyzine too which harms the heart and I have Mitral Valve Prolapse. Almost want to sue tbh, don't know what issues all this caused yet. Hopefully am okay, it's scary how they don't check and I was open about it all too. Can't believe how much I've been lied to. Depressing.

I dont like the way they dispersed Amanda's ashes at all but ashes come in a plastic bag like that. My sister's ashes are in a plastic bag with a zip tie holding it shut inside the urn. Her ashes came that way from the funeral home. My boyfriend's father's ashes are also in a plastic bag inside the urn. I don't think the plastic bag is their fault bcuz they did have have Amanda's ash container with them and then removed the bag from the container.

Lima is not only petty she is very sinister, both her and Mark. This is definitely a money scheme capitalizing from people who have fallen victim to their own demise of addiction. The detox phase of the program is sketchy too, the "prescribed drugs" seem to cause more psychological side effects worsening the patient's condition.

I am on one of the medications Amanda was one , Risperdal. I am currently trying to get off of it because of the side effects of it. It's made me gain so much weight, produce prolactin, and not have a period for 6 months

VR very much can cause seizures I’m no medical professional but my son has a oculus and I’ve tried it a couple times. Not a fan to say the least I either get severe motion sickness or feel like I’m gonna faint. It’s not for everyone. The Oculus Rift has seizure warnings on the box and on the screen when it loads up.
Especially if she had epilepsy and no one knew. That V.R shit should be thoroughly looked at before being used for any type of rehabilitation. Also, I'm not quite sure. But did Amanda have a proper annual physical and psychological diagnosis before entering this program? I would certainly hope that she also had a hair follicle drug analysis as well as a daily drug urinalysis. For the entirety of her stay. Which apparently was supposed to be a year. However, she made it what??? 6 months through? There is so much more that could and should have been done in order to help this woman. RIP Amanda. Great job B.J!!! He pays all of this guests in cash after the video, and selects them based on who’s story is the most compelling… which encourages some of his guests to exaggerate their experiences to get selected. My boyfriend also told me that upon coming into Mark’s studio there were apparently some women in another room that were fornicating.. so the environment is far from wholesome or nurturing. Mark is an enabler.

If this is true that is wild! Lol I've watched a handful of the channels videos here and there and got particularly invested in the series of videos on The Whittaker's.
