This is so true I've used the tools he's mentioned and it has extremely improved my nervous system in positive ways! I'm becoming stronger everyday ❤
Hi. Do you mind sharing the tools you used?
@@RS48333 his videos on desensitizing the nervous system have been helping it's a process and being patient with yourself is very important, I still have anxiety but learning how to respond how he teaches has helped allot. He also has a book to download on how to desensitize the nervous system
Bravo! Great 👍🏼 job explaining!
The medical world wants to medicate and not explain. Explaining leads to healing. Medication masks symptoms.
I get these feelings of impending doom everyday at the end of my day! Like if that’s it today is the day😢
How does the freeze response of panic attack manifests. Is it nervous system getting extra sensitive or almost dull
Very interesting perspective. I was lead to believe my nervous system was thrashed beyond its limit and is now broken and fragile. But it isn’t…it just sounds off a little more.
Thanks!
so how to do it?
It's simple yet difficult to execute. The foundation to his program and many programs is exposure to what gives you panic and anxiety. Don't resist and don't fight the panic. Just let it be there and then give it time. Over time you'll get confidence and symptoms will disappear. Dr. Claire Weekes wrote about it over 60 years ago and it's still useful today.
1. Face your fear.
2. Accept that symptoms will be there and could scare you.
3. Float- don't fight it, don't resist, do try to enjoy it as hard as it may be.
4. Give it time. It can take weeks, months, or longer depending on how many situations you're put through.
