To be fair, changing your IP address is really easy. If you have a dynamic IP address you can just plug out your router for 1-2 hrs, maybe more depending on your ISP. And if you have a static IP address you can just call your ISP and they will change it for you.

bro,i wish i never should've gone into that kind of stuff,5 years ago when i turned 19 i used to take web development classes and i thought myself untouchable LOL but as soon as i discovered the evil side of the internet,i felt there is something wrong going on around me.I visited deep web first and then i dug my own grave visiting Dark Web for a week i did so when all of a sudden i recieved notifications like "your transfer of this amount of money to that account was successful" and that was not it,i recieved disturbing videos on whatsapp,my facebook,email,even my laptop couldn't function properly.When i Finally got this over with the cyber security,i recieved an image from an unknown number which almost made me piuke my heart out,and it was the picture of mu house
