Hi raji, You have to cut down all the carbs ! You should focus on eating protein and fats ! Carbs should be 50 grams per day.... this video is misleading, they’re saying 60 percent carbs. If u Eat like this u will never come down to normal sugar levels... cut down rice n grains.. and watch ur results after a month .. good luck
