I just got back from St. Joseph and Benton Harbor. I went there because honestly their names evoked excitement, fun and water enjoyment. When I drove into st.joseph I was in complete shock and disappointed. I think that the city council should develop more tourist features in these towns since the factories jobs are gone. I just went up to South Haven.
You ever look up the 2003 riots? It doesn't really matter though, BH gets more money than anyone and they have no one to blame for corruption but themselves.

The thing is I'm pretty sure that entire area would be happier without Illinois tourists ruining everything
