Would you show me your guitar setup especially about string thickness?
The thicker strings the stronger string tension, I feel. And my guitar neck is not happy with that. Does tightening truss rod help enough for neck bending?
Or do you need a strong guitar?

If you switch to a heavier gauge, you have to tighten the truss rod, that's pretty much how it works. Don't fear of adjusting it.

If I managed to get a good playability from a shitty Ibanez Gio GRX20 (well, that was my first guitar, whatcha want) in B with 13-62 strings (that's the same tension as with 10-46 in E, you can calculate it), so will you with a few turns of a key, unless something's already broken.
