I had tickets to their Toronto show on the Napalm Death/Municipal Waste tour where they were denied entry in Canada. I checked the Exhumed Facebook page, and I saw the tour manager posted a message asking for help to set up a last-minute show in Upstate New York. As I recall, they connected with a promoter, and put on a concert in at a re-purposed funeral home. That might be the most Exhumed way to turn that situation around.
These were a lot of fun to watch. I don't think you even need to like extreme metal to be entertained and, dare I say, moved by this story.
Those were some good times... I'm glad to have played for 2 and half years with them.... miss you Jake and col!!!
I used to read Matt Harvey’s blogs and one story I remember was Matt and Ross rekindled their friendship by talking about the CW shows Green Arrow and Flash. I thought that was awesome
This was a great trip down memory lane. I remember those shows at The Pound, plus watching Col and Burke clown around at the Mayhem/Exhumed show at the Maritime Hall. Thanks for making this documentary and for years of great gore metal.
I really enjoyed this documentary and history of the band! I 1st saw Exhumed live in 1996 at the Cupertino library basement. Mike Hamilton is such a good fit! Solid drummer and dude! Murray ~Severed Savior ❤

What an amazing story. I’m a huge carcass fan and stumbled upon exhumed and impaled on the same day (what a treat). I love this bands stuff, looking up a way to see them live now.
Hopefully you get to see them! They headlining a tour right now in the US. They are an extremely fun act to see live, and I will be seeing them for the 2nd time on this tour. Last time, Dr Philthy started choking me, and during Matter of Splatter, Ross made out with a severed head and fell backwards into the crowd, such a good time.

Of course I’d seen your name but never listened until that show and for a free performance you put on one of the most raddest fucking shows with that gimmick display shit and I mean dude what a night. Only shit that pisses me off is when I became homeless I lost your poster I got that some of you signed and it was so fucking dope I really wish I still had that shit. Huge fan now. And these vids were dope too

This whole doc was killer. I remember back in 99 or so, in St. Louis at the Creepy Crawl, I could've swore the bass player puked on a fake skull, but wasn't sure if I was remembering that accurately. I guess you guys did have a bass player who could puke on demand.
