My experience on Ragnarok Online could not simply been classified as 'gaming'. Ragnarok Online was really part of my life, I've never had so much fun as I had playing it, I meet people that still nowadays are my friends, I've discovered a whole new world and I became part of it. That's what hearing this great track keep remembering to me.
ragnarok... this game is like dunno, a beloved chapter of my childhood (12-15)... walking in a world and just thinking "wooo this is huge, i can do ANYTHING, everybode is like that!!!".... something no game could cause this feelings again
The first time me and a friend went through Ragnarok Online, we found ourselves in a castle zone with several snail enemies; had we have known what we'd stumbled into, we'd be in deep. Instead, we enjoyed the music, which was awesome, and is still one of my favorite tracks along with the plateau music in the Payon area.
"Bio, keep slims your comrade!!!!" "Hold on, im fckin lagging" "WALK IN A GROUP, DONT RUSH IN, DONT FCKIN RUSH!!!!" "Snipers, use Sharp Shooting to kill the Bio" "BREAKERS GO GO GO GO BREAK THEIR EMPERIUM STONE, THEIR DEFENSE BARRICADE ARE GETTING WEAK" and later on, BOOM!!!! The [Scarlet Palace] Castle has been conquered by [Piker~] of the [RIP] Guild
this is the best bgm after juno theme, einbroch, lighthalzen, glast heim underground prison! the theme itself is fit for WoE lol :D i saw on the web , forgot the web is, around 2008 or 2007 the singer of this song is sad because this theme is used for "war" (well, War of Emperium anyone :D)
"Three, two, one .. All breaker in!" (That's how we said in the European RO) Two tries later: "Guys, if he says "All in" do the opposite!" Those good old times +_+
i miss the good old days.. i miss killing ppl.. I remember when RO first had WOE... i forgot what episode was it.. everyones seems excited then.. the old RO is better than now.. though the new jobs are awesome xDD!!
The BGM is a complete waste on WoE... Its so bad, that it doesn't matter. We just associate the music with what we were doing anyway. Its funny isn't it? But since its an upbeat tune, even those that get pwned or lost in the WoE wouldn't feel so down, so there's still some merits. And the hardcore guys can always switch to their fav heavy metal sounds or w/e.
