When it comes to popular culture Halfdan 'Ragnarson' is often overlooked in favour of his 'brothers' Ivar and Bjorn, but what was the historical Halfdan like? I am looking forward to sharing this story with you and showing off one of the great Viking warlords of the 9th century!

How's this for synchronicity. I was just thinking I wonder if the Vikings were ever in Paris only I've never heard of any Viking associations with that city,but of course the Northmen did settle in Normandy. Then you said they besieged Paris,I forget the details. I'm off to Paree for a week 2mrw X fingers all goes to plan but I will be back in time for Majesty's funeral + I hope to join the crowds outside Westminster Abbey.
