I had a bunch of these. If you have sweaty hands, The O button will malfunction 100% of the time. Besides that one of the best fightpads I have ever used.
I had both the PS2 and Xbox versions back in the day. For some reason I remember the Xbox versions having bad dpads that didn't register diagonal inputs, while the PS2 versions didn't have that problem.
Honestly, the PS2 has tons of great fighting genre games so it probably will be worth it to sort your library with a special selection for these! Love the holographic detail, and the comic is quite nice too!
Still had my Ryu controller, I get it back when they start to sell them. I wanted to had the three you had, but I se prices around 60€ or more. Could seem cheap but I can assure you they really good and keep working excellent. I don't really like the rumble so this is a perfect controller for me. Perhaps the only way to play better is with an arcade stick, I don't like the d-pad of ps1/2. My controller comes also with two semiransparent stickers with the 15 anniversay logo with the comicbook, Nice video!
I don't need those because I make my own fight sticks...is what I'm telling myself but I love fighting games and I really really want them 🤓 awesome video as always and yes I like to play with my toys leaving them in the box makes me sad

Here on Mexico, while some can be found cheaper, most are currently priced above USD$70, with a few reaching as high as USD$99. One thing to note: the images on these controllers are not holograms, but lenticular prints. 😉
Still have my Ken controller. This controller and the ASCII Pad FT for the Dreamcast are my favorite 3rd party 6-button fighting controllers of all time. I picked up a ps2 to DC controller adapter so I could play with my Ken controller on the DC. Great video. Thank you.

I have a Capcom Street Fighter II controller for the original XBOX and an arcade fight stick for the PS2. Very nice collection of controllers Wicked!☝😊👆
Had to pause immediately to say that I *literally* have the Akuma one ... and will be attempting a fix on it as I lost the conductive pad for the right shoulder button. 😩 These are essentially Dreamcast 6-button pads, and they're pretty good, too.
@@souljastation5463 Correct. But the actual shape and style (look at the notch at the top for the VMU) is based on the Dreamcast 6-Button controller ... can you guess what the DC 6BC was based upon? ;-)
If someone has one of these bad guys laying around but broken, a great idea is to put a little LCD inside, a Raspberry Pi Zero, put some Street Fighter games inside, and turn it into a diy Street Fighter Handheld! 😁
@@WickedGamerCollector The cross it's just one piece with a little X shaped recession in the middle, if it were four buttons you could press left and right or up and down at the same time. IMO it's an important distinction: if I'm watching a review of a chinese handheld with a similarly styled d-pad I'd wanna know if it's one or the other.
The 6 button layout is nice, but... Why the F*** did they have to use a f***ing unrestricted disc with a "dpad" carved on top? I hate it so much when people think diagonals and circles are all that matters in fighting games, and that's the reason why XBOX 360 got the stupidest dpad ever made.
The PS2 had very Good Controllers that not Sold in Germany and I have never see this until the PS3 Controllers and think, this is better than the PS3 Pads. I see, this is Made from Sony or Capcom. This is very Rare because it was very Mad Catze on the PS3 Generation. Or later HORI. PS2 had even Neo Geo Controllers Pad an Arcade Stick and had Click and also the PS3 version. But not Neo Geo Mini Controller. By the Way, you can this Controllers mod for some clicks! 😁 That where Awesome!

I'm not a huge fan of the glossy finish but the whole thing looks nice (especially the Chul Li one imo), and that d-pad look really good.
