Seeing the arrows prompts a question. Have you done a tutorial on the expand/collapse feature in Word, specifically how to add and remove the arrows?

@@greg_waxberg Thank you for the clarification. Without removing the heading styles, I don't believe the arrows can be removed. However, I will certainly do some research on that topic.
