I really enjoyed your video. My professor told me that you can only put continuous data in a correlation plot but you included factors. Can you help me understand what variables can be included in a correlation plot please? Thank you for your great work in R.

Hi, thanks for your informative video. I have a question. You showed the correlation between each variable with itself and with the other variables. What if i want to have a corrplot in which variables on my right are different to variables on the top of corrplot and i have data in the form of text file for each variable of left, corresponding data for each variable on top. How would i assign which variables to go on left and which to go on top and plot the corrgram. Thank you very much in advance for your help
