Looks like a creek from here😆
I was hoping you'd chime in.. I agree, for once, but we're both "wrong". 😢
Looks like the river I fish...deepest spot I could find 5 ft while it is low.
If that was over here in central Iowa I bet it would be a good deal deeper lol
Also, that is a river to me. It's what any "river" I've ever fished has looked like. I've never had a chance to fish the bigger rivers around here.
@@PigPatrolTV definitely a crick. Be a good bait crick for when you go back to the big crick. Those carp would be perfect live bait with ten ounces of weight. Fall is when I use that size for big flathead. You'd be surprised tho a little fifteen pounder would inhale one that size. Got turned on to you from the teacher. Subbed. Cool vid. Oh and you are definitely batting way outta your league with Boo.
Some people call it a "crick" instead of a "creek"
Hey Josh it was great getting to meet you!!! Love your videos keep them coming!!!
Nice meeting you too man! It was a good time!
Dirty ol blumpkin staches..
Pa-pow
its cool to see someone grounded, loving what he dose and appreciates what he has. too cool love the videos.🤟🤙👍
No spillway/puddle is safe from the Stache man 💥
* Pig Patrol is filmed in front of a live studio audience *
I would try using regular hooks under a bobber, with a small split shot half way in between, or a foot above the hook. And try using flat weights in rivers. Most of the snags are caused by a round sinker rolling with the current on the bottom into the rocks and getting wedged. Tight lines bud!! Awesome videos as always
Yay! A new video! This made my day. Thanks for all the hard work Josh!
Went through all you’re videos an watched them last couple days then haven’t had anything to watch you’ve taught me so much love watching
Ahhhh how my day just took a nice turn......
The difference between a creek and a river is the length of the waterway. Love your videos and am enjoying the new spots.
Since everybody's fishing right now, my local crap hole has more fishing line in it than 3 Walmarts! Even with all the obstacles, I did catch a 10 lb flathead! Woo-hoo!
Just found your chanel, instant subscribe. I love fishing videos where people enjoy, have a laugh, just chill and catch fish. Thank you, looking forward to get thru all your videos
Bro I watch all your videos. They're entertaining, exciting and just fun to watch. I'm glad I stumbled upon your channel. You and your buddy Ben are the only 2 channels I find worth watching. You're the bomb bro!
Yess hell yea Stache Fiend.. My day jus got waaayy better.. Lets gooo stache fam.. I kno this is gonna be a 🔥 ass Banger.. Much love from SanAntonioTX
I watch a lot of UA-cam fishing videos and I cannot take the constant talking that those tubers do. It frustrates the crap out of me. You are the single exception. I can’t explain why but your constant chatting is funny to me. It is what it is. Love the videos.
Serious question.... how many sneakers do you go through in a year 😂😂
I bet a few.
Love how easy you make it look!!!
Hey man, just wanted to say thank you. Your videos have helped me catch more fish in the last 6 months than I ever have in my life. Your content is awesome and so informative. Hopefully next time you make it to CA I will have a chance to meet you. There is some good fishing on the central coast freshwater and salt. And then there are great trout and even some salmon spots up north. Pa-pow
Man i cant believe i just found your channel but im glad now instead of never been benge watching all your vids the last week and youre easily my favorite youtuber keep up the great work and im gonna continue watching all of your videos👍🏻💪🏻
Thanks for the video Josh!
You really have to love fishing to walk through all that disgusting mud. Kudos!
Also really like the videos, keeps me and my son at the rivers and creeks losing tackle over and over and over again👍
Even when you aren't catching anything I still keep watching. Great content. Representing staches everywhere! Try "stache canoes"
Good fisherman my arse. Your a great fisherman. The only fresh water fishing show i watch. Tried to watch the riverdidler's channel but couldnt hang
Great video, Pa pow and things!!
Another banger stach homie 👍🏻
Great video. Keep up the good work. I use just enough weight to get it to settle into the slow spot. Good call on your part to change up to smaller weight

Damn you...I was waiting LOL

Really, very cool meeting those subscribers. Come on down to Tennessee.
Another awesome day of awesome fishing! You Stacherangutan you!
Awesome video, as usual
We have dark carp here in CT in a river that i fish, they all seem to look just like that one, they are just regular commons though, and they may be spawning depending on the temp of the waters there.
The reason I watch and comment on every video since I started watching..entertaining ...and what about those girlie waders..never got a comment on those...still waiting..
You ever do any type of hunting stache man
Dude your awesome!!!! That lucky in life line killed me!!!! Lmmfao
Keep em coming
Always gotta make sure I’m on time for the fam
Damn Yankees and their blade baits!!! Just throw a spoon lol ur fishing a creek after all. Hell a spinner 🙈
Nebraska is a Yankee? And as a Yankee I had never heard of a blade bait till watching his channel
Stache Kitties! Josh has the full bait arsenal! 👍🤙🤙❤️❤️❤️❤️
Stache-fam, you are great at fishing, tbh!
I get the odd dark carp. Alot of the ones I get are really golden with almost orange fins. I don't target them often. But it's fun and I get them two minutes from home.
I haven't seen carp that dark since I was a kid over 30yrs ago , still cool to see them tho. Looks like a good spot to fish . Keep rhose lines tight and catch'em
I've seen em that dark in one of our two little city "lakes" (small enough to be ponds actually) but only when it got REAL mossy or when we were in bad drought conditions
Not everyday is a steak and potatoes kind of day...sometimes you just gotta grind it out ..good video Josh!!!
Noice! Pa pow. Nice job Stache Man!
Come to Canada lol salmon run is on ... glorious creek spillinway of terror 😂😂
Is the border even open?
Ben Bockey nope
Ben Bockey haha shittt wasn’t thinking
Great video I suggest a great spillway in Indiana called Mississinewa spillway it’s holding crazy big cats trout carp bass and wipers
A back woods spillin'hole to Violate. Catch us something good Stache Man. 💥 Pa
POW 💥
Love your style man. Also, stache penguins.
👍🎣 Great video buddy
Josh, Youre vids are just MAGIC! You are the real deal and a real nice guy (no pretence). The other UA-cam angler I love in the US that is also the real deal is Mark Hood of 'M Hood Fishing'. Kudos to you and Boo, for your light hearted, entertaining anf informative / educational fishing videos. 10 / 10. Rob T, UK.
So many frogs! Do you think a popping frog would have worked? Nice vid!!! As always
Love your vids dude
You should come to Mt Summit Indiana ! And bring BOO !!!
Well for a snaggy lil dirt puddle wasnt too bad lol.. but definitely need to go back and see what monsters possibly hiding in there
I love you're videos man
Stache nuggets?? That's all I got haha love these hidden spillway videos
Great video
Dude honestly, the "Jordan river" in Utah is bout this big, and has excellent catfishing. My pb 11lbs came from there on the jello livers I told ya about... Ur a real goat if you remember👌
PS. If you can remember my original UA-cam channel name you'll receive $40 via venmo 🤘🔥
Oh I remember 😉
@@PigPatrolTV name the yt channel (delete after, if you get it right I owe you $40)✋scouts honor
Nice job as usual.
I was jealous of your fancy floating bait bucket, so I got myself one, but it's orange on top. I hope you don't think less of me for it.
You should make more big walleye vids man. Theyre gonna be moving in where I am very soon. Thats all ive been fishing for for days...lol
Love it stache box
Great video as always. And 'stache waffle.
It's salmon season here man can't wait till you can try it
Can you show us how you rig your setups and what different type of setups you use also how you tie your knots etc.. I think it would be interesting!
😲😂🤣😂🤣 you said "clam butt" @0:30 🤣😂🤣😂
Dang all the "stash brothers" were there!!
It's mainly cuz of the mud/ground color in the water. I used to work in carp farms and the color rlly depends on whats under the water.
I love your videos , i.look forward to them you stashstalker
Loving the Sept fishing.....
Great video Stache' Stoner......
Stache Invaders! Love your videos.
Ok, let's try "Stache Master Classics"!!!
Good vid
Hell yeah nice fishin
Josh is so cool he has his own cheering section while hes fishing.
Love watching your videos homie:-)you love fishing as much as I do.i would love to fish with you sometime.you need to come to wv or md and fish
Look at that view, how do you find places like this?
We call them black carp here in Michigan not sure if it's an actual thing but I use to catch lots of them when I was a kid.
Smash the stache!!
Josh what size hook do you use for the carp? We have huge German carp in Connecticut and I'm trying get them
I touch the leader that doesn't exist that's amazing love it sorry to say Josh definitely Creek if its a river its the smallest in north America
I think it deserves another try one of my favorite crewk spots is eiter fish evey 10 min or nothing but creek chubs but the good thing is if u cast and dont catch a chub your gona catch big fish
The food they eat can affect the background colour of the skin and scales to some extent, but more often it is the pigments in the algae in the water they're in that has the most impact on colour
Yooo my dude.like before i even watch pa pow
Really liked this vid pretty spillway another turtle nice channel very dark good size carp audience very good . I think boo would like this pretty spillway b good
you ever try using peg floats for your bottom rigs? i find i lose alot less gear that way
Stache. Do you think the carp like the corn better when you drain the water off the can? Or leave the water in?
I always drain! Not sure it makes a difference though
Love the vids man! If you are ever in Indiana hit me up! I have a few spots. My PB walleye is 8lb out of the local creek. I just got a little 3lb 15oz flathead yesterday in flood water.
Hey man nice vids. Just throwing this out but I fish spillways often here in mn, and I have great luck with the rebel crawdad it runs shallow so no snags only fish. If you ever want to fish spillways up here in mn let me know your welcome any time man!
out of curiosity I dont think i have heard of blade bade before ? curious about it! as to me , that looks more like a creek or large brook to me maybe deep stream? but dont quite think id call it a river . Regardless it is so beautiful. also your right it is odd those carp were that dark, they looked like a varient of koi which technically are carp. The turtle you caught is a Softshell and are interesting but have some seriously dangerously long necks !
It’s the rocky area they are in is why the carp are dark. People say it’s the clarity of the water but it’s really the color of the bottom that makes them darker or lighter
