This rev-counter belongs to a gasoline car in fact, no way a diesel! Very poor from Opel or whoever it is, that you use same dials in both due to cost concerns :(

Fahre meinen GLX Ultimate (gleiche Maschine) seit 14.10. 2020. Sehr komfortables, angenehmes Fahrgefühl. Hatte vorher 2 Audi A4. Bis jetzt nix bereut. Echt klasse wie sich Opel weiterentwickelt hat. Mein erster SUV.

Nun habe ich diesen 1.5 Diesel mit 8-Gang Automatik und 131 PS. Und was soll ich sagen. Möchte garnicht mehr aussteigen. Ein toller Gleiter, bequem für die Langstrecke. Sparsam und sauber, kräftiger Motor. Bin vom Crossland umgestiegen. Ist schon eine andere Welt.

could be the worst Opel for all time and with that little engine no life above all I hate to see 8000 rpm rev counter in 1.5 diesel (the acceptance of cheapness)
Yh since now is part of the Peugeot group all the cars will be the same thanks to Peugeot cheapness, the only kind of “different” brand of the group is DS which I always liked the design of them and still do, now opel cars will just be the 4th rebadge of the group, it would have been better if they will do something like opel/chrysler and start to revitalize the brand but they are too smart for this…

Secondo me ci vuole un 1.6 nuova generazione da almeno 160 cv diesel e un bel motore elettrico associato ad una turbina aria compressa quindi altri 70cv
Un bel cambio a 6 marce più la retro con in mezzo le ridotte in modo che su strada piana la ridotta consuma meno

It is. Skip to the acceleration part and you ll see it shifts at ~4000rpm. I thought it was petrol as well
what kind of petrol suv consume 5 liter with 120km/h or 3,3 liter on 80km/h

yes i am hard of hearing and i am theroetically handicapped.. thats why we dont talk in video and but we do fuel consumption test at almost end of the video that no one does it. and acceleration and topspeed aswell. its only in depth review video with no comments

Ist wirklich diesel, siehe bei beschleunigung an (schaltet bis ca 4500) und habe mit diesel getankt

@@Edvard.Munchkin The Opel Grandland X is a vehicle, it's based on a PSA-platform. Only the Astra and Insignia are based on the GM-platform. This car in video has the 1.5 4-cylinder Diesel-engine with 130 hp, but it has a rev-counter of a gasoline-engine. I don't know why. But this car is also available with a 3-cylinder gasoline engine with 130 hp too. :)
Could you manually shift the car into 8th at 50mph or would it not let you?
As an owner, no it won't let you until 60mph and your rpm is only 1.25k at 60mph in 8th

Der rote Bereich beginnt bei 6.500 U/min? Ist das eine neue Technik? Mein Diesel geht so bis etwa 4.500 U/min ... dann geht Ihm die Luft aus. Ist schon krass was die Franzosen bauen.
Ne der tacho wurde für diesel und benziner entwickelt, schau genau bei 5000 u/min ist ein rote strich, und bei beschleunigung ist bis 4500 umin

Wenn ich den jemals fahren müsste, würde mich der Drehzahlmesser sowas von aufregen! Der gehört bis 6000 und nicht bis 8000! (Bei einem Diesel). Das ist für mich das Argument, mir den nie zu kaufen, oder zu fahren. (Als Diesel)
Aber automatik schaltet es schon, habe mich gar nicht aufgeregt, naja als handschalter wäre das vielleicht nervig, ansonstens siehe bei 5000 rpm ist ein rote strich, so für diesel, aber komisch das drehzahl anzeiger anders ist, vermute das beim Entwicklung Kosten sparen für beide motoren (diesel/benzin) nur eine tacho entwickelt ist
TEST DRIVE FREAK Mal gucken welche Fahrer versuchen, den Diesel auf 7500u/min hochzudrehen! xD
wer einen Diesel über 5000rpm fährt merkt dann eh nichts mehr ;)
