Such a fantastic actor. I agree, I watch anything that he graces his presence with. My personal favourite is his role as Johnny Worricker in the Worricker trilogy (Page Eight, Turks & Caicos and Salting the Battlefield) which was a clever play about the activities of a certain Prime Minister.
ABSOLUTELY LOVE HIM, but I must say, I would have guessed him older in the movie. He probably was supposed to play it that way. Definitely my favorite character.👏
I said this back when it came out but I'm gonna say it again, this man would be PERFECT in any Kingsman film. Missed opportunity for the upcoming Kingsman 2! Have followed Bill Nighy since Love Actually.
@@igalflint I believe I read somewhere that it's a condition called Dupuytren's contracture, a thickening & tightening of the skin of the palm/hand, most often affecting the 4th & 5th fingers. It's apparently treatable (?) but not sure whether Mr. Nighy has done so or not.
Bill Nighy wears some of the finest blue suits made. He has Dupuytren's contracture, a hereditary condition which can, depending on the condition's severity, cause contractures of the fingers, most commonly the ring and little fingers.
I love Bill....anything Bill Nighy I will watch. Bill is from a place in Surrey called Caterham, which is near to where I live. We love Bill in the UK BIGLY. I esp love him in the Underworld movie - anything vampire is my 'thing'. A great actor.
No way Colin Frissel could stay out of this film! His story is the most significant message for English girls. After being rejected in his own country, he returns victorious accompanied by a stunning American blonde. It was a message for English girls to become more humble. And what happened to Carl ? Santoro is such a good actor. And Sara of course deserved her chance with him!
Happy Birthday Bill Nighy. UR amazing legend. I loved Underworld Rise of the Lycans, 1, and 2 Evolution. I watch all of them. Underworld is awesome and romantic...! Underworld remind me of Resident Evil. Its complicated. Shaun of the Dead is great. Zombie movies r awesome. Pokemon Detective Pikachu is super awesome, I love Pokemon, I seen Pokemon, long time ago. Shows and movies. All of them. And Flushed Away is incredible. Seriously! UR great. May the Peace be with u Bill Nighy. From Harlingen Texas. This popped up and I thought it was for the twentieth anniversary, which I had just watched another video about, and then I saw Seth in his suit, looking like a five year old dressed up in dad’s clothes, and I was like, “what the f-?!”
treat your youtube videos like you would tv. Stop sectioning things off at strange parts of the conversation to create titles, people appreciate full uninterrupted interviews of the people they like, that flow naturally. I mean find a mid way point between my argument and what you have already been doing, but nobody else is providing full interrupted interviews in late night right now, and i think it's your greatest weakness. you can improve your ratings and have an easy flowing show at the same time.
wHY DIDN'T BILL MENTION ALAN RICKMAN, MY FAVORITE ACTOR WHO DIED FROM CANCER OF THE PANCREAS? wHY ARE OUR COMEDIANS SO MUCH SMARTER THAN OUR POLITICIANS?
Emma Thompson did say no to coming back for this reunion because of Alan Rickman's death and said it was too soon... So those characters won't show up in this segment.
She didn't reject being part of it. Director/Writer Richard Curtis wrote to her and said he can't write a part for because of Alan, which she obviously understood. www.theguardian.com/film/2017/feb/24/emma-thompson-love-actually-sequel-alan-rickman
Knavar ...It's a condition called Dupuytren's contracture. I have the same condition, but only in my pinky fingers. Can't get treatment because I have no health insurance, but being British, he should be able to get his fingers straightened out. Unless he just doesn't want to stop smoking and drinking, which he (we) would have to do, or the contracture will return after being treated.
Faramallera he has Dupuytren’s contracture. It tends to affect the ring and pinky fingers on the hand. So those fingers are permanently locked into a curl.
Is it just me...or does Nighy seem to be in pain with his hands, especially the right one. (the little finger and ring-finger seem as if they're not moving well at all) and this is one of the first signs of osteo-arthritis...the 'dry twist'. (this is a horrible disease, and painful as well...I'm not sure I would wish it even on an enemy )Nighy is very 'thin', and this syndrome seems to strike that male body-type more than others...like James Coburn and John Carradine. I hope I'm wrong here, but I can't deny what my eyes and experience tell me.

He's a really good actor. If he's in something, I'll watch it.
Then watch Girl in the Cafe. You will love it.
About Time. One of my favourite movies
Right
@@Karma-qt4ji so far my favorite film of his. Good movie but he made it great.
Loved him in About time! very underrated movie
MM 1992 Love it! I have shown it to everyone I know and they rarely disagree, it is a beautiful movie.
It's the same director in both About time and Love actually. He makes the single best romantic comedies on the planet.
The relationship between Tim and his father is so beautiful! That movie is touching but not in a corny way, I love it!
Sebastian the single best romantic comedies...?...?...?
I have SUCH an inexplicable crush on him.
😔✋ gotta admit it too
I do too , even though I am 46!
Me too!!
I am a complex person; I see Bill Nighy, I press like.
Then watch Girl in the Cafe. You will love it.
or Page 8 or the 2 sequels. Page 8 was brilliant.
I hope you don't mind. But I have to tweet that. Classic.
haha me too

Christmas/Love is all around us
"I see your face before me/as I lay on my bed..." (that was very 'hot stuff' to get away with in that era!)

Gods, I love that man! Such an amazing actor. Definitely one of my all time favorites.

Oh my god I had never made that connection
Bill Nighy is the cutest.

Love Bill Nighy he also does BBC radio plays which i enjoy
ABSOLUTELY LOVE HIM, but I must say, I would have guessed him older in the movie. He probably was supposed to play it that way. Definitely my favorite character.👏
He is excellent in Charles Paris audio books.
He’s very calm and collected. Sooooo unexpected knowing of him from that Love Actually role.
Love to chat with him
Been watching him since "Last Place on Earth", in which he has one of the all-time great rants.
Has anyone watched his movie Wild Target with Emily Blunt and Rupert Grint? I just re-watched it a few days ago and it's a delight :)
Then watch Girl in the Cafe. You will love it.
Well, I 'aim' to see wild 'target'.
Everyone back but Alan rickman :'(
xanadu10293 and Emma Thompson

The BEST ACTOR
mad bad , I know )))
Great actor and a lovely man 😊
I love everything about bill
Bill Nighy vs Bill Nye. Make it happen.
BILL WE LOVA YA.
Yr a good actor and a charming man Bill. Thank you for yr autograph and selfie in York the other day.
He is wonderful in "I Capture The Castle" which also features a relatively unknown (then) extremely handsome young actor named Henry Cavill.
Bill is funny, I like him.

10 minutes!! Give me a sequel!
I really admire him and I know he got a condition on his hands but it really makes he just give me the finger every single time :(
Bill Nighy is my favourite person
I couldn't stop looking at his hands lol
Why did you laugh out loud?
His little fingers on both hands are locked
I hope they release the 10min clip internationally. I would totally give money to Red Nose online for a private link to the clip. Love the movie...

Bill keeps himself in good shape ...one of the keys to success, I gather
Love Bill Nighy!
Gahhhhh!!!!! Can't wait for Red nose day!!!!
Red nose day actually was so good. Just watched it last night with red nose day on as well
Oh gosh I just can see Billy mack!!🤣
He was in still crazy. One of my favourite films, 5 years before love actually, I'm pretty sure he wears tight trousers in that lol
Vincent.
Fing brilliant depiction of the character.
Red nose day actually was SO good omg! But it still makes me sad though. RIP Alan Rickman :'(
I love that he is subconsciously flipping everyone off.
Those hands look very arthritic.
the world is a bit better off because of this guy ...
If I had Bill Nighy accent, I would never keep my mouth shut

Maybe to make up for the lack of Alan. :/
Thats coz twice happens before fifth :-)

Love #MartineMcCutcheon in it as Natalie. She has new music out, an awesome album called Lost And Found. Catchy songs including #AnySignOfLife 🎶👌
when i'm old i want to be exactly like that :D
Anybody gonna bring up rattlesnake jake?
I wish Bill will hosting SNL someday...

alice brown he didn't mention Alan cause Alan can't be in the reunion, for obvious reasons

my bad... the article i read before got it wrong... -_-
Although america has a comedian as a president.
The reunion was OK. Rowan Atkinson had the best part by far. Andy Lincoln's scene was pretty funny.
His hands are clinched so tightly it's making my hands hurt

But there was no Carl :(
Tight pants on Shakespeare. Seth is recalling the time Bugs Bunny was messing with the actor.
I love how it looks like he's permanently giving us the middle finger
With both hands
it's a disability
What happened to his hands? =o(
Faramallera he has Dupuytren’s contracture. It tends to affect the ring and pinky fingers on the hand. So those fingers are permanently locked into a curl.
He could at least have mentioned Alan Rickman. As a tribute I mean. He says everyone is back but it's not true... :-(
What's happening to his fingers?
Looks like he has the condition called Dupuytren's contracture. Causes some of your fingers to curl up
Thanks!
is he a science guy though
Seriously what happened to his fingers
Dupuytren's disease
whats with his fingers?
Ibra_Dza he has arthritis. Poor man 😕
Ibra_Dza .. It's a condition called "Dupuytren's contracture", it causes the ring and little finger to contract into the palm.
