Bloodtheft + lifedrinker and you sometimes dont even need healer in dungs [when you have high hit-rate dps class] =) I was using it on my TR for ages, thou i use only lifedrinker since i switched bloodtheft for elven long time ago.
i am a tank, when i am stacked for a tank run i am over 1,044,000 hit points. all of my mounts proc me a heal in one way or the other. 1% of 1 million is quite a bit, and i am at 18% incoming heal as well. we all have to make adjustments in the end game areas, we need to help our healers. i am a smart ass from time to time but i am a SOLOtank, i love to help others but i will not even run with a team who are in it for themselves. The problem with knight's rebuke is that it is only providing .3% of your max HP instead of 1.5%. I have ran many tests on it and the results are the same each time.

Yeah, atm. In endgame there isn't a whole lot of difference between the single target dps. But in mobs areas the rogue is awesome, and the wizard sucks. Also, I would say a wizard is easier to play as single target dps than a rogue cause you don't have to be next to the boss
They gotta make health stones a lot cheaper and a lot more common. A necessary item that runs out often the harder content you run should not cost a full days worth of AD. But i think i'll slot my barvie's revelry back in. Just curious if a striker companion like Xuna or the chicken were to crit would they heal you as well with barbie's revelry? Or is it only when you the player hits a crit?

You can stack up to 3 of each insignia bonus. For example, if the first heals you for 10k, If you add another it will give another 5k, added to the 10k, so you'll heal for 15k. Then if you add a 3rd, it will only give you 2.5k. giving a total heal per tick of 17.5k. Control resist, is not much point for dps, just for tanks only.
@@Aragon- So for DPS, might it be better to run with the Crit heal x2 then with one or two of t he deflect heals? Let me ask it this way, as a DPS, which would you run for most healing, assumng DPS stat caps have been reached Thanks.
Well this game is death, not trying to be all edgy but this is how STO became a DickPS measuring game now little by little healers stop mattering cause you can heal yourself so why bother, then in a while they will reduce taunts and such and boost damage as the primary threat generation so no need for tanks anymore which will ultimately move the game mechanic to the hunt for the Meta DPS build, and everyone will be killing everything ASAP so you nothing hurts you and nothing need to be tanked. we cant let this happen in NEVERWINTER, STO is a horrible singleplayer grindfest game with no endgame or pvp, please people don't let them turn NVW into STO I cant burry another child
In endgame content, the developers will always make sure we need a healer. As for lower content, with endgame dps builds, it's all doable already with only dps. no tanks or healers needed. But, not everyone is at endgame, so they need all the help they can get to stay alive. dps will generally just work on more dps and leave the surviving to the tanks and healers

Regardless of if people love or hate changes and or overhauls every now and again imo it keeps the game fresh and it keeps playstyles more fun. Like Rangers i think are going to be the first pure DPS class with great AOE/ST in both paragons and both of em have radically different playstyles. And heal changes for lock specifically have me very excited!

I've done this on my Barbarian and my cleric, and they are really the only lifesteal replacement. This should be way more common. Great vid.
There cannot be LifeSteal replacement. LifeSteal is a D&D feature.
