- What’s up everybody hope you guys doing well, welcome to another HOA Karen board meeting. As you can clearly see, it’s still chaos. Tons of confusion and everybody seems to be on different pages of understanding what exactly is going on here . It’s borderline insanity to know that this is the community I live in.

@@Timsmith0713 sadly I already have, I have an option to sell but everything else for the same 2/2 same sq footage is easily 4-700k .. with high interest rates, higher home insurance, higher property taxes plus maintenance.. I dnt want to be a slave to have to pay all of that by myself over the next 40yrs of my life .. stayin here might be the best cost effective option for me to live n be financially free.. even after the big assessments are paid, can pay off my mortgage and make a independent living here without costing me a limb or 2 … idk man my mind has been overwhelmed lately big time
@Trini_Fishing_Entertainment absolutely man, HOA are a hard lesson to learn. Best thing anyone can do is bow down to the restrictions you agreed too and start actively looking for a place that fits your needs for you and your family. Fake to till you make it out of that HOA!
@@Timsmith0713 I may have no other option but to stay and pay the fees and document everything going on here, everything else is unaffordable especially by myself since I no longer have any family or support .. it’s just me by myself that will have to pay and endure everything happening from this point forward .. at the age of 32, I finally understand how people and life work. Lessons are being learned forsure
@Trini_Fishing_Entertainment remember balance... everything has an opposite and if you can find the balance point and pivot on it, you could get free. If they bitch over you it's now your job to make sure they obey too. I can assure someone is not.

Trini, please give context on these matters so others can fight the evil machine that you all are currently fighting, it ain’t fishing 🎣 but it is something MANY PEOPLE IN AMERICA will soon be fighting as the fleecing and evil greed will be exposed and defeated elsewhere. Thank you, I stop by and glean what I can from you all but this is a very important set of videos about the how and why and the fleecing process goes on. Thank you 🙏
@@waltershoults8803 I appreciate the advice and I will def be showing updated content regarding these situations going forward.. this systematic hoa process we are currently fighting has been mentally exhausting for all of us here as u can see by the videos, the government/state seriously need to make new changes to the law to benefit equal rights to homeowners or else I don’t see this being a productive or successful way to live life in peace with one another .
i would not live in a HOA housing its just a way for some karen to tell you how to live then fine you for something stupid HOA needs to be abolished its a rip off
@@julieharrington9912 big time ripoff but I literally have nowhere else to go.. unless I move somewhere in the middle of nowhere by myself or I go back to my home country Trinidad which is even more corrupted

I left a comment on your "truth about American economy" video leaving some input/advice. It might be helpful in this situation. I feel bad for you guys ive been a contracter for 17 years and have helped people in older buildings that are neglected before, if you give my other comment a read and let me know if I can help I will. Only advice though as im Canadian.
