But it’s good to note that it’s also genetics involved in how fast you get results like how thick you skin is or how your veins are in general. Also drinking less water would make your skin thinner (don’t recommend stay hydrated) but ye probably better stuff u could do with your time. I wanna say this should work for most people unless you got a bit of fat tissue at your hands. I would recommend cardio exercise in general to get big veins also :D)
