Go for offset ILS25 approach at BODO. It's hell of a fun to do and since the Nordics upgrade from yesterday I bet it looks even better @captainclutch15

A little late on the landing but still on the touchdown zones. Preferably you'd land on the captains bars or the "aim point"

i just landed into doha going 190 knots at an angle and too high with a 30 degree decent.
managed to flair just in time with no damage to the plane

If you knew the runway isn't so long, you should've used flaps 40 to reduce Vspeeds & also use higher auto brakes, 1 which you have selected is the worst choice. usually it's 3, and they use 2.
You also smashed that brakes during reverse thrusts which would cause overheat to your brakes and stop the plane from moving afterwards in pmdg, You should only apply manual braking AFTER 80 kts. Real world ops too.
Otherwise, good approach, also that's one hell of a worned-out cockpit.

@@captainclutch15 Yeah, I seen how long it takes to slow down compared to an A320 atleast.
Which is why I'm gonna start using Autobrake 3. At 80 kts, reverse thrust can go off and you can start manual braking, ensure you turn off autobrake when manual braking too. I dont think it'd do anything in the sims, but it's good practice.

I think your autobrake setting is well to low for that short runway. You had to use manual braking at speeds over 80kt GS which isn't allowed. No hate, just a tip 😊

beautifull landing. However did you forget the Altimeter setting? Your height on the runway was -760 ft when in fact it is 6ft? That being said, it was a very good landing.

Must have been in a heavy -900/ER with that kinda VRef no? small suggestion, always autobrake3 especially those speeds. 1 and 2 don`t do much and can extend your roll out by a thousands + feet.

Unless that was a joke and not a genuine question. That's a mod, it's actually wear and tear of the surface material down to the padding to make the cockpit feel older, to show the age of the aircraft and heavy usage.

I have no idea why it was on my main page, but you have to practice on approach path (des rate). You also went below GP and at that moment it should have been a GA. Later on you missed the touchdown zone (last white markings on runaway) which is 2nd GA here.

They were on the papi till the last 200-300 feet, and even then still had one white, which is fine. And they likely made the touch down zone, remember the main gear isn't under you but a good ways behind you. The only thing that was weird was descending 600 feet below sea level! Gotta check that altimeter setting ;)

It's worth it if only you really wanna deal with Boeing's shitty, unintuitive and cluttered cockpit layout. Otherwise get the Fenix, it's leagues better.

150kt high speed? That's about average landing speed if you're in a B737-B738. Also don't brake that hard let autobrakes do the job (you clearly had to be on autobrakes 2). IRL you'd overheat your brakes and render it unusable for at least an hour.
