Pushed 100 hours into Anno - sustainable growth, massive income and all that through your vids - thanks man; glad to see new content and hopefully still enjoyable for you.
Thanks, this is helpful. I started campaign and got defeated, lol. Then I tried two sandbox games that were also a disaster. You move soooo fast. I realize that I've been overbuilding, ignoring all the quests, and trying to satisfy everyone to green (happy) b4 moving on, and that kept me in a constant state of micro-managing. So this helped. Gonna try again
Wonderfull start of the afternoon with coffee and a new series starting, thank you! Been thinking about playing vanille again but would miss at least free farmland placing and the bigger harbor area a lot.
This city with all those production buildings, sheep farms etc. next to houses looks very nice. I like when you start new series and build new cities. It's always different, and I can take some ideas for my islands from it
I'm loving this idea! I've gone through many of your guides, as I've said before, and they are so helpful. But I was just thinking the other day that it would be good to get an *overview* of each stage of play, something a bit faster, more over-arching, ya know? And then BOOM. Here you are doin ' it. Ha! Looking forward to more! BTW - I'm frozen at the first Engineer house... got lost in getting production chains off my main island and trying to track what goods had to be shipped back... closed the game in a panic before things imploded and haven't been back since... that was 2 or 3 days ago. LOL I'll get there! Thanks for the great content on this game, Taka! This noob appreciates it!
Glad to see you back Taka! Think you'll ever do another vanilla DLC playthrough? Would be interesting to see how your designs and methods have changed now that we have things like New World Rising to contend with.
Love the new series and idea. Sometimes people just like to play nice and easy game where you trade with Qing or admiring wildlife with Bente. I’m no expert on Anno and doing early layout mistakes that come bite me in the back yard later on with electricity etc, so your guides are a great help.
I was not aware you dropped this one some weeks ago until today i saw #2...nice series. Im not playing currently cuz lack of time but the nostalgia kicks in and watching you play while working does it for me. Thanks Taka!
great first episode :) I started playing a week ago or so and I build my islands so differently, I cant bear putting production next to houses for some reason lol speaking of houses, whats up with the space between some of them? are the squares for decorations? and the one-block spaced lines in between some of the housing complexes? wouldve loved for you to explain that ._.
Ty for your videos 👏 I've been struggling w how to organise my new world islands.. i usually end up w not enough room for things n or too much of something 🙃 do u have some good tricks n tips? Or maybe a video ive overlooked. If so , i apologise 😅
I started the game 4 weeks ago when I got my ps5. I didn't realise dealing with the a.i was important, so I always blank the a.i so I could learn the game good video I'm pleased you have done it😁
Hi Taka, I need your super exper help...with two questions : where can find or arive to the botaic garden ? ( I've got the DLC ) and how I make happy my tourists with bread .. ( mine are happy at 90% but is sill a blue line and not green ) I don't know what to do to accomplish their needs. THx al lot if you would like to help me.
I wish you would have a series on council because there’s a lot of people now playing consuls and we would love to get your input because it’s a lot different in someways
Watch my Ultimate Guide series.... I use no DLC, except where specifically talked about and only as an "here's an option you can use if you have X DLC" so it is perfect for console users.
I appreciate your videos as I picked up the game like many during the Steam sale. In the case of this video though, for a noob like me, i was trying to figure out how you were doing the things you were, like just selling stuff out of the warehouse lol.
thank you for doing this im on ps5 and so tired of watching long videos just to stop because they got silos lol i really wish ubisoft released if not full dlcs but parts of the dlcs that are useful like silos id definitely buy those packs.
Hey taka, how do i get more tourist? I got my first hotel, but the tourist stuck only on 120, tried to connect the bus stop, and have 5k attractiveness but it never growth
Taka, you never cease to amaze through your work, man! I'm impatiently waiting for part 2 and 3 from this series. I do have another approach. I would consider the one that you have here compared to mine to be minimalistic, aka you only grow you population to serve the purposes of upgrading to higher residential tiers. Me on the other hand, I like to expand my population a lot (workers mostly) at the beginning of the game as I am covering for the costs of steel production and focus on grabbing 7-8 islands in the old and new world altogether so I get the unifier bonus as well as prepare for massive investor only islands. On the latter, I have still to populate a second island with investors only, turns out supplying 2 islands from one production such is difficult lol
Is my game bugged? Because I cant build a trade union altough I am on tier 3 population? It just does not show up in the workers tab. Or do I just miss something?
Hi, im at the 11k population now, campaign mode. My problem is i cant get past the engineer level because of the spectacles need of the citizens and the maps with zinc availability have already been taken. What do i do? TIA
when I play this game, I run vanilla with 1 or maybe 2 DLC's. When every DLC is active there is just too much going on. And I been playing this for awhile, I couldn't even imagine a new player getting thrown into this game with every DLC enabled. That could be super intimidating
I am at 60hours... so far the trick seems to be population control, then picking resource buildings, then manufacturing buildings... You have to pick the right ratio for each production chain. The main thing is the population and keeping the right population levels for each level of worker. You fail on population control, you fail period.
Proper balancing of production vs population and not overextending yourself. I have a full guide playthrough on the channel that should help. This video was done with no mods, no cheats, no Grand Gallery OP items... all vanilla. You can do it.
heh. i started play anno like a 2-3 weeks ago. and you 1st content creator that i start watching and learning from. but under this format this just not really good for begginers. your ultimate guide so much better. you not showing how you layout stuff early, not explaining what you do to move to workers, artisans etc. buying stuff from archie and not telling this too. i love your content but this looks so much worse than ultimate guide
That's what my full guides are for... I'm not trying to recreate those. Just going through the major points and showing general gameplay without hours of explanation
You've done more than five series in anno 1800, and you still play the same; nothing new to see. Why do you always go for massive buildings? Why don't you build villages where each and every house has a backyard and a small garden to breathe? I mean the community that is truly involved in farming. After all, farming is the beauty of the 1800s. Why don't you build walls around firefighter and police buildings? Because these two buildings are public services, why don't you take inspiration from the real world? Why don't you build a school and a church in the same place, with some beauty and space? Imagine that this school is based on religion, where students are truthful, gentle, honest, etc. After the finish of the building of the village, you go for town, where some space is taken by more people, and downton, where we love to see massive buildings. I am not gonna lie, I am a huge fan of city planner plays, and I respect you too, but I love to see your improvement, where you come up with big plans and you execute beautifully. I'm pissed at watching you build and plan at the same time. Good luck, my friend, and I hope you will feel me.
This isn't a beauty build series with this particular run through... I've been getting a lot of people asking me to play the base game on each default difficulty just to show how to get through everything without it being a 20 part series to have to watch.
@@TakaUA-cam Yeah, I have seen all of your series, but none of them are really interesting. Would you start a new series where you'll really improve your build? If you do, I'm your daily watcher.
Pushed 100 hours into Anno - sustainable growth, massive income and all that through your vids - thanks man; glad to see new content and hopefully still enjoyable for you.
Same here 🙌! Taka you're the best
I'm new in Anno community (for a few days right now) and I'm playing no DLC base game -- this content is perfect for me! Great idea, thank you Bro :)

I just started playing and I'm hooked. About to check out your guides
Ooo a new vanilla playthrough. Always great to get more Anno connect
I bought the game about 6 months ago, but now just really starting to play! I found you and this was so awesome!!! thank you
I love this game. Thanks for your guides. They really have helped me jump into this incredibly deep game without wasting a low of my time.
THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT I NEED WOOOOOOOOO
Glad to see you back Taka! Think you'll ever do another vanilla DLC playthrough? Would be interesting to see how your designs and methods have changed now that we have things like New World Rising to contend with.

Just picked this game on sale from Steam. Love it so far. Your videos are helping. I saw your 2nd video today and thought I'd watch this one first.
Yesterday i finished the campaing, being my first time at Anno. You literally get a full city in 30 mins, what i did like in 10 hours. Amazing
Good timing, literally just started playing this game today!
Been getting back into Anno and your tips have helped me a lot! Thanks for the videos
great first episode :) I started playing a week ago or so and I build my islands so differently, I cant bear putting production next to houses for some reason lol

Hello Taka !
I am wondering, how you do the camera view to see the horizon that far ? ( the camera you use to see where is Archie for example
I started the game 4 weeks ago when I got my ps5. I didn't realise dealing with the a.i was important, so I always blank the a.i so I could learn the game good video I'm pleased you have done it😁
Hi Thanks for the vids, but I missed the island settlement and how you transferred items? Was your ship transportin goods to and from your new island?
One stupid question: How to tilt angle like that in 6:05 ? Which button should I click?
Hi Taka, I need your super exper help...with two questions : where can find or arive to the botaic garden ? ( I've got the DLC ) and how I make happy my tourists with bread .. This is great especially for all the console players that are new to the game and don’t have access to the dlcs
We back baby hell yea dude!
Good idea. Thanks.
so helpful
Oh, I was expecting it to be with all DLC, that changes a lot the gameplay, I usually get stuck with those.
Finale a BASE Game series you are awesome taka love your videos

About 14:50 hold up, Eli will often have the Actor why can't a console player obtain the item there?
I appreciate your videos as I picked up the game like many during the Steam sale. In the case of this video though, for a noob like me, i was trying to figure out how you were doing the things you were, like just selling stuff out of the warehouse lol.
Taka has a TON of tip videos where he goes through things much more slowly, I highly recommend them!
I’ve got Anno 50 percent off yesterday and I am completely new. So has anything changed since this video?
thank you for doing this im on ps5 and so tired of watching long videos just to stop because they got silos lol i really wish ubisoft released if not full dlcs but parts of the dlcs that are useful like silos id definitely buy those packs.
I bought the game + DLC's when I bought the game... So this might be a dumb question.... But what is the content of the basegame without DLC's?
When is next one coming out?
looking forward to the modded series catch ya then
Hey taka, how do i get more tourist?

How do i have to install the wooden shoe mod?
Do One with all DLC and no mods against medium AI's friend :D i'm stuck against hugo
What you did in 10 minutes took me 3 hours… damn (console player)
when I play this game, I run vanilla with 1 or maybe 2 DLC's. When every DLC is active there is just too much going on. And I been playing this for awhile, I couldn't even imagine a new player getting thrown into this game with every DLC enabled. That could be super intimidating
you sound so much like Lockpicking Lawyer

I like having the static islands of the campaign.... but mods to skip arctic and enbesa quest lines are here to stay.
is Ryzen 5 5600 and RX 6600 enough for playing this game?
I'm using a 3600 / 6700 & the game is very fluid.
Holy crap you accomplished so much with so little. O.o I definitely over produced and over expanded
Wish you would make a video specifically for people with 0 hours in the game, so much talk as if the audience has already done multiple play throughs
you're going so fast that I just get lost, for a beginner person it's quite hard to follow
This isn't really a guide... I have a bunch of those on the channel though!
Just watching this I don’t know how you can have that population and have +1000 coins per minute. I can barely break +200
Proper balancing of production vs population and not overextending yourself. I have a full guide playthrough on the channel that should help. This video was done with no mods, no cheats, no Grand Gallery OP items... all vanilla. You can do it.
I googled Qing for you lol I knew it didnt sound right
pronounced "king" turns out
All these helpful explanations but nobody ever talks about why spanking is on the table all the time smh lol
I still have no idea how you get to the point of making $2 per person this early.
Makes me realise the campaign is so bad, it forces you to build things like steelworks that can quickly bankrupt you.
Thank god you back, no more mod bullshit! No one want to see this, vanilla + dlc, until next anno :P
too fast for me who is completely new to anno
Watch my Ultimate Guide series... it is more geared to new players.
heh. i started play anno like a 2-3 weeks ago. and you 1st content creator that i start watching and learning from. but under this format this just not really good for begginers. your ultimate guide so much better. you not showing how you layout stuff early, not explaining what you do to move to workers, artisans etc. buying stuff from archie and not telling this too. i love your content but this looks so much worse than ultimate guide
Why no DLCs? If you said that we have new players, a vast majority of them will just buy a full game pack with all the DLCs in a bundle.
Console players only have access to some cosmetic DLCs
wayyyy to fast for someone just learning
That's what my full guides are for... I'm not trying to recreate those. Just going through the major points and showing general gameplay without hours of explanation
