Not many people can keep my attention for over an hour, Joe is definitely one who can. I love hearing his stories and advice and you paid forward all the help Joe gave you and became a great ambassador like he is.
Thanks buddy. You, me, John, and Joe need to go out to lunch and record out "shoot the sh*t" I think that would make a terrific video people would love! You're the perfect guy to take on that! What do you think?
Thanks buddy! I think us, New Jersey "tiny" youtubers have the unique privilege to be amongst the best flyers and fanciers in the country. I encourage you, @@DanzaLoft, @Stratos Loft, @Thundercat Loft, and others to promote the sport via interviewing our own icons, which are many!
No doubt! When you sit down and talk to Joe you simply get rewarded with his knowledge, experience, and humor. What you saw in the interview is a real honest Pigeon Fancier who likes to see others succeed. Thanks for watching and commenting. I see your have started a UA-cam Channel, best of luck buddy.
@@MaydisLoft thanks man. Just been sharing shorts/reels that I also post to Facebook about my racing journey but I might venture into the real UA-cam content world like you someday! Enjoy your videos, keep it up.
What a great video! Thanks Silvio and Joe for taking the time to share all this great info and knowledge to the pigeon racing world.. Like Steve said, I watched it till the end with anticipation of what I was gonna hear next from Joe. I remember hearing the name Joe Allocca many years ago in the racing pigeon world. I never really knew who he was, but from what I was hearing, he was some kind of a great flyer on the other side of the country in the CJC.. His pigeon enthusiasm is very contagious and you can tell he loves what he's doing.. It was awesome to finally put a face with the racing lore that I only heard of and read about back in the day.. 👍👍up!
Excellent interview Silvio. Felt like listening to a buddy talk about his pigeon history. I enjoyed hearing how he and his dad built his loft out of repurposed lumber. Good stuff. That's an EXCELLENT idea for a partnership where one guy breeds and one guy flies. 🤔
You mean on the side? With the exception of the car, most clubs already give diplomas, plaques, trophies, and of course from the Combine also. For something else there may be rules prohibiting that, that's why there are Futurity races for other prize money and trophies. Some Futurity races and OLRs may offer the car as part of the prize package.
@@MaydisLoft i see, i just started pigeon here two months ago, but in my country club races have big prizes for the winners and part takers and pooling for motorcycle, car
You need an independent pigeon that is independent from flock but just shows up at ..head of triangle...as driver...who goes back to his mummy handler ..for special attention at end of all these races!
To begin clubs need to be more friendly I tried to join a club but the ones I visited they were not friendly at all for start the Perth amboy was one of them .i know few pol that had the same experience in new jersey . I’ll stick to olr … good interview 🙌🏽🫡

Thank you for sharing Silvio, very helpful important information. 👍
My pleasure, glad you liked it 👍
Good video. I'll email Joe to ask followup questions and get more details. Some of it was general, not specific. Thanks!
Yeah, glad you liked it. Joe has lots of knowledge he can share. it's difficult to get to specifics in these type of videos.

I see there's a sticker on the boat motor , Da Hui
Do you know what it means?
Da Hui is a surf club located on the island of Oahu ,the club was formed on the North Shore.
Where are you located?
@@ClaytonLeu Webrace in NJ but Joe has family in Hawaii, so that explains it! 👍
