i feel like football boots should have customizable studs which can be interchangeable between ag, sg, and fg, because not all of us can afford 3 shoes for different types of pitches
Well if you buy SG boots, especially the high end pairs, they come with plastic studs to support the metal studs on FG and add abit more traction to SG. These metal studs can be changed into plastic studs which are obv plastic and not metal and are also shorter so they can be used on FG. I personally buy high end leather boots like tiempos and just swap out the metal studs depending on what surface I play even if it’s AG because tbh I can’t tell the difference. This year I’m switching to predator freaks.1 low with an SG sole and I’ll have to go out and buy Adidas dedicated plastic studs so when I train on AG I can use them and when I have games they will be useable for Ag,sg and FG
The old Adidas F50 TUNITs used to be like that. Cool idea but people were constantly loosing studs and/or stripping out the threads for the studs. Soccer Reviews For You highlighted them in one of his failed football boot videos.

Played on both FG and AG with FG cleats. I used to play on FG but the low maintenance Of the field made me and my friends to switch to the AG fields and we’ve been playing there for 3-4 years almost everyday of the summer, I’ve never got a injury due to my foot being “stuck” I feel like when playing in real grass it’s much easier to get stuck because it’s solid ground whereas turf is soft. I can say Ur lucky person cuz I play on ag fields and I bought fg boots and I twist my knee 2weeks later. Now I have ag and after training I don't have any problems with my knee.
I think the problem is that people rely too much on the boots more than doing strengthening exercises for the ankles. I have played with FG boots on AG for 4+ years and haven’t had any injuries due to the boots. It’s important to do the correct exercises to avoid rolling/twisting the ankles as many times it’s due to the lack of stiffness, which prevents good shock absorption when planting the feet; and the ankles can’t support the weight/power when changing directions
Using FG boots on artificial grass also depends on the generation of the artificial pitch. FG boots are not good for 1st generation artificial pitches with rubber palets, and hard. Now they have artificial grass pitches that are 4th generation. Those pitches mimick real grass and your foot sinks a bit in to the pitch. Also 4th generation gives a player a more cushion bounce better for knees and ankles. So in the 4th generation artificial pitches FG boots are okay, but not on the 1st generation hard carpet pitches.

I have Tiempos which are good on both and I love them, very cheap too
Can you share your experience with tempo? It's been a year since your comment
@@Va1nqueur Be careful with Tiempos on AG. The 4th Gen AG is okay for Tiempo. But older AG's are damaging the leather of the Tiempo (if u use FG). The AG version of Tiempo's have a protection on the front of the boot, so the little plastic / ruber things in the Grass wont damage ur boot.
Great video 👍💯
by the way, the reason you get a winter tire is not because "it's wet outside"...
So basically AG boots are the safest overall in all pitches but if you can afford it’s good to have something like FG boots to play on real grass as well?? Would you recommend something like 2 boots 1 Ag and one Fg if you can afford or 1 Ag boot would do good overall? Any suggestions guys? Would really help.
Very helpful
If you are on a budged and you play on FG and AG pitches, but you need to decide if you buy a AG or a FG boot I would go with the AG, it works on both grounds. As he said, If you go with the FG boots you can only play on FG ground. (Without breaking your ankles)
I just dislocated my knee playing on a Ag surface with FG boots, I'm 16 I did not think I would get injured. Pay for another pair of boots instead of medical bills.
I would really love to have a boot with Fg sole and anti clog Treatment. This is the perfekt allround natural grass option for me
just bought my first FG boots
I actually never knew what AG, FG, and SG mean and I still don’t. I just pick the type of boot I want and I don’t really go for the AG, FG, or SG. Now I will tho.
AG = Artificial Ground FG = Firm Ground SG = Soft ground
What if the boots are FG/AG ?
The field you're currently sitting looks more like turf than AG?
Nice 💥⚡
Basically unisport’s way of saying “buy more boots!”
Clever marketing
I want F50 ELITE ARTIFICIAL GRASS SOCCER CLEATS!
i am from india fg is good for grounds in india . football is not huge here but there are grounds which have real natural grass so fg works fine . but idk why most pros wear fg on ag fields .
Let’s goo AG!!!!
Unisport was the AG shoes name in the video? They look sick and can you make a video on budget football boots for beginners
"Let me explain" I got some Daddy Noel vibes
Thank you boss
I wore SG boots on some pitches where I could if used FG and it did cause a long term injury for me. I play on FG pitches and AG so I ended up buying a pair for each surface. It’s not worth injuring yourself for!
never ever ever been this early!!!!
I have an FG and SG boots
I LOVE MY AG BOOTS ORDERING YOURS FROM THE LINK THE NEON BOOTS GETTING THEM
I like AG boots😘 to play football ⚽⚽
Biggest fan!!!!!❤️❤️❤️
have fg's and just rolled my ankles 4 times in a match (goalie) while kicking the ball out and even when i threw the ball i rolled my ankle. (rained like hell and the pitch is not the best) .... came home and instantly ordered sg's 🤷♂
Would love to know what Jay makes of those MG pumas
Sg boot are sick
I’ve been using FG cleats all my life on artificial turf and natural grass fields is that bad?
Nah i did it too I honestly don’t feel the difference while i was playing
Just don’t use it on any other surfaces and you are good to go
Well if you didn't get injured yet, then no.
For your next video can you please make more winger skills
I just realized ave been wearing sg boots on ag pitches
Thank you so much for information 💖✨🤧
Why would you sneeze when you're so thankful?
And why do some people keep spamming emojis at literally every sentence they write?

@@brijeshbaglary9540 I mean, it's just gotta be common sense. All I wanna know is why it helps you describe what u wanna say
one time when I try running with football shoes i felt like I got stuck into the mat with the studds
Love from India
Talk about HG PLEASE
I have 3 lads who train on 3G Astro and play matches on grass. I’ve always bought them FG , but that soon became expensive the amount of boots they have worn the studs down to the plate is ridiculous… it’s cheaper just to play in proper Astro trainers on those 3G pitches.
I Just bought a hypervenom 2 for ag
Finna get my parents to one pair for me 🤣🤣
Ag and sg because I play on all surfaces
The thing is that FG pair ar the only 1 available
get it bro I have the new nike superfly's in FG and they're so good
Thanks.
