Fun Tip: Stick Dryer Sheets with some Newspaper to get that Wet smell out if you keep your cleats indoors
Affordable and Practical... I use this for everything including Work Boots, Running Shoes, etc.

Hi Jay, u guys have a collection of boots behind you. But not using them for a long time im guessing.. wont it damage the boots? Like sole seperation due to the glue wearing out? How do u prevent that..

I have Adidas white Predator Freak white boots, is it okay to clean them with water? Like inside the boots.
Can I just say, good boots last a really long time if you take care of them! I used to burn through cheap boots until I bought a really decent pair of Adidas boots. Took care of them and they've lasted years (not a professional).
My top of the line adizero boots just gave out on me after 6+ years (4 years of constant use if you take out injuries, ave. 3 times a week)! They were the literal best. Time to dish out for a new adidas speedframe.1 and hope they're up to par. These things can last a while 👌

My synthetic boots are fg/ag and the ag pitch has given a nice black stain that doesn’t come out 😂

Are boots that are said to be playable in booth fg and ag, actually playable on both surfaces
they will not last as long as dedicated boots for that surface but definetly longer then using the wrong boot.

Can someone please tell me what is the difference between the nike tiempo legend 9 pro and the academy, if they are both for artificial grass then what is the difference? (don't roast me guys I am just new to football)
It is about the quality mate. Like the academy one is like the first copy of the pro one, but if you are new I strongly suggest you to go with the academy one. Good luck and have fun with them.

Use shoe trees to keep their shape
Don’t store boots in a hot environment, keep them in room temp or a cool temperature storage.
(This includes your car trunk, anywhere in your car.)

I actually mention that you should put the boots in the shade. Too much direct sunlight can also be bad in the long run for the boots, so if you can, try to avoid it. Sunlight is definitely better than radiators etc though! /Jay

I absolutely hate, with a passion, to see someone walking on concrete with their boots on. I even stop what I’m doing and stare at the guy. 😡
And about the screw in studs, please, for the love of god, don’t overtighten your studs, or else you’ll strip that screw point and the boot will be ruined forever. You’ll have to replace it.
Just follow the instructions on the box, and if you don’t have it, just tighten as tight as you can with your hand, and give it another half a turn with the wrench.

Haha, happily walked everywhere, tar/concrete with my top of the line adizero speedframes from 6+ years ago. And the upper only gave up on me now after 4 years of constant use (i was injured for 2 of the 6). The stud tread is still in great condition. It's quite a freeing feeling once you work out it's all going to be okay 😂
