F1 losing Kimi then Seb has been a big blow for the sport. Two great personalities and excellent drivers.
Kimi has a big personality but he didn't have any enthusiasm in his final years of racing. It seems being at Sauber does that to drivers.

I hated him during his red bull days as a FAlonso fan... I started to respect him after his ferrari days... i never thought i would say that back in 2013
i said the same hated him when he was younger but now i miss him driving and his personality, since he retired there is no fun in the interviews, hope he comes back,but respect him if he doesnt.
I can never understand people that hate drivers just because they’re winning/dominating. You SHOULD hate on the other drivers for not showing up. They did the same to Lewis and now to Max and it’s just ridiculous.

Interestingly, as a big fan of Vettel - half of me wants him to climb back into the cockpit and reclaim his rightful place, and the other part of me tells him to move on to his other pursuits, of which he has many..

The fact that Alonso is in his 40s, Lewis will be racing in F1 in his 40s, and Vettel is only 36, he's 4/5 years younger - so it's not really beyond the realms of possibility.
Alonso was continuing to race though, he only left F1, not racing, Vettel has.
The man is so trustworthy that I'd buy any product Sebastian endorsed. I rely on energy drinks, but I hate the side effects! Thank you Seb will be trying this soon.

@@GoWokeGoBroke-u8v it really wouldn’t matter what Horn dog says; in some cases, the driver has a lot more say than the TP would like (think Schumi and senna for ex). You think Lewis doesn’t get a say? Of course he does. And Max and Fernando are very close and y’all would be crazy to think that Max would be afraid of Fernando; if anything he’d think it would be a fun challenge and he might actually stay awake for the duration of the race. Finally a guy that will keep Max from falling asleep at the wheel. All Max needs is Marko on his side and the younger Matteschitz, and he’s already got that. Besides, it’s insane to think HornDog wouldn’t want a second champion. That’s just more points for Red Bull and HornDog and Fernando have always gotten along.
The only comfortable competitive driver would be Alonso. I'm not sure how Max would behave with Lando or Carlos in the same car

I don't know if you were around during the 2010-14 period but the media HATED seb. Sky went out of their way to show him in a bad light because they were desperate for either Lewis or Jenson to win. They showed muli-21 and the Turkey incident at every possible opportunity. Because of this he was booed a lot of the time. He took it to heart and became the person he is today but I've never forgiven them for how he was treated.

If you go back to watch the on-board from BOTH Seb and Lewis' perspectives, you'll see Seb have a snap of oversteer as he rejoins the track, causing him to turn into the slide to avoid spinning. You even see it from Lewis' onboard lmao, so go back and watch the race again before commenting BS like this. Also, Max did something far more egregious in Austria and wasn't penalized; actively barging into Leclerc and shoving him off track, Leclerc did the exact same thing to Max in Silverstone as well and neither of them were penalized, so tell me, why should Seb have been penalized when both the incidents I just mentioned are materially worse.

Being a Red Bull supporter since 2010 , im very grateful for the fact that I've watched him win 4 titles in a row with us , Max is doing very well with us right now but Seb will be my #1 ... I really hope he comes back to the sport

As much as everyone loves Serb, no it’ll be a terrible idea if he got a F1 seat , for 2 reasons, 1) he hasn’t driven a F1 car in two years ( over what is now 24 races) he’ll be mediocre at best,
2) he’ll be doing someone else out of a seat ~ bearman/Lawson or some other new F2 driver ,
his best shot would be as advisor to a team or older/newer driver lineup on a new team for a year

Seb is the best option who would take a 1+1. I think it would be a one year stint because Antonelli is going to be doing the business by 3/4s way through this season. I hope Bearman also does well this season
I think Mercedes are dragging their feet to replace Lewis because they are trying to get Max, but if Mercedes can't get Max and bring back Vettel to F1, it will let a lot of drivers on the grid know they aren't all that at all. Lewis in a Ferrari and Vettel in a Mercedes will be rematch 2017-2019-ish again. Let the show begin!

I admit it, I used to despise Sebastian. But he has grown into such a spectacular mature person. Of all the Formula 1 drivers, current and former, he's the one I'd like to sit down with and have a beer with. I'm certain it would be a great conversation.
I'm so sick and tired of professional athletes retiring and then deciding to come back to the sport several years later and never quite living up to the expectations and tarnishing their legacy in the process. Now of course Mr. Vettel is allowed to do whatever he wants to do with his life, and if racing in F1 again makes him a happier person, I say go for it Mr. Vettel. But I can't personally recall a single time where this has happened, in any sport, where it did any favours to the legacy of an athlete of Mr. Vettel's calibre. Quite the opposite, in fact.

Drinking water in an extreme exercise situation is not necessarily a good idea. For 99% of the time it's the best idea though yeah.
