@@christiantracey915 Its F1 content for kids/teenagers. Any channel that does 'reaction' videos or 'the funnniest memes of *insert gp*' is impossible to take seriously. They know their audience is VERY young and their content is tailored for that audience.

@@AEFisch I suspect part of the reason Yuki doesn't have a seat is the fact he's wedded to Honda who are leaving RB soon and will take him with them. He would have been dropped after his first season if it weren't for them. Turns out with a bit of time and a lot of coaching he could well turn out the be Japans best ever F1 driver.
Always had huge respect for Nico. From him and his family having Lewis living with them when they were carting to bowing out as a world champ to be with his family.

I’m glad Nico brought up Lando making 3 huge mistakes in the race. Especially with the pace he had. He still has a way to go to develop to a champion.
They weren't huge mistakes. You know why because he didn't crash and didn't retire. He's 24, so lots to learn but doing pretty good.

The FIA warned Colapinto about swearing, because he celebrated with "vamos la concha de su madre" (the same phrase that Messi yelled at the stafium when we won the football wolrd cup) wich is a celebration here in Argentina, but if you translate literally to english it goes by as an insult

Lando is not an iceman like Max in the way that he gets nervous easily, hearing that he gets naussea before a race, does not drink in the car, makes mistakes while comfortably in the lead, so we will see when the pressure builds up how he holds up, or that Lando and Oscar are taking eachother out, something Nico can relate to
James hunt puked before every race. Also, Lando while having a bad start, dominated with no mistakes past lap 1 in zandfort..

i gotta say i do remember max making errors in his dominant victories at times
remember australia 2023 when he almost spun on the last corner and had to chop some grass
remember hungary 2022 where he literally did a pirouette in the race and still had enough to pull it back
i think every driver has made errors even during periods of dominance
that being said lando did get lucky and cannot afford to do the same again so hopefully hes seen the last of those

I thought this was insightful. if we were to only count podiums and gave 1st place 3 points, 2nd place 2 points and 3rd place with 1 point you would have the following results:

team radios are primarily for communication between driver and team - it's F1 that decided to dip their fingers into that less-than-PG environment and broadcast it. if F1 doesn't like what is said on the radios, stop listening in! (or at the very least, choose PG-only radios to broadcast - the drivers have nothing to do with this)
it is ridiculous that Daniels one-point takeaway is controversial. That fastest lap point is open to everyone, and they didn't take it.

The confusion in announcing Daniel’s future might be related to RedBull considering promoting him to main team after México gp. They know he won’t be in VCARB, they don’t know if they will promote him.

Norris was no where near Verstappen or Hamilton. He had 3 mistakes nearly ending his race while having 0 pressure. Max and Lewis never done that
Lewis lost an easy win in Baku and crashed out in Germany 2019.
Max spun in Hungary from an easy lead. Also went off track in Spain 2022 and needed Perez team orders to win that race after his mistake.
There is no almost in F1. Bottom line is Lando didn’t make the same mistakes as Max and Hamilton.
Are you joking? He went off onto the grass in Australia with a 20 second lead, did a 360 in Hungary.
@@paperplane-db8qf in all fairness, lewis mistake in baku was on a race restart. It was a very stupid mistake but I can see the pressure there. 2019 Germany was a tough race in wet and changeable conditions were everybody was going off track
maxs mistakes were odd but he managed to keep consistency up last year to a point where he broke the record for most wins in a row so I cant say hes inconsistent either despite some odd mistakes.
Surprised it took over 10 minutes before Nico pointed out the near-DNF mistakes from Lando. He was very lucky if you compare to others who had much softer touches.
Matt G must quietly be pissing his pants being on line with Rosberg. But he's a pro.
With all his experience and ability dealing with higher echelons of a big F1 team, Daniel Riccardio should be back at Red Bull giving Max a run for his money, and making plenty of points and cash for RB.

This is it. The talking heads keep saying how amazing it was that he won by such a huge margin. The actual champion points out that that the smarter thing to do would have been to drive within himself and win by a smaller margin with a whole lot less risk.

@@quintuscrinis8032 exactly that’s why Redbull needs Stroll. Perez is too strong at Baku, he sometimes makes it into Q3 and he’ll also retire soon.
They need a driver Max can beat 100% of the time and who can line up Horner’s pockets with more money and who can get knocked out in Q1 and Q2 more often.
The only thing I could say is all these guys not in f1 by the end of this year should buy V8 super cars and take it globally (as driver owners, they’d get a lot of attention and the fans would definitely turn out) as som sorta international “good wood of speed” style a event about 15 times a year . Racing across Australia Japan, Korea, Vietnam Europe and North America.

The Netflix series "Drive to Survive" was praised for helping attract audiences in spite of Gunther Steiner's swearing, and everyone laughed and loved it. When Max did it the wrath of the FIA was released with penalties and much hand-wringing and purse-clutching from the press, all concerned "for the children."
Jamie Chadwick is an awesome commentator and is by far the best female commentator on Sky Sports F1. Nico and her interactions had substance. Over the weekend I was able to watch the entire race again without having to turn the sound off because the commentator were back to being first class. Now ditch Danica Patrick (she is gross) and send Bernie to get voice lessons.
And let's never hear from Naomi Schiff ever again.

No idea why the English are so upset about the Fastest Lap, Ricciardo is allowed to do it, side benefit? So What? McLaren have lost far more points through strategy, Zak needs to sort that out. Stealing Red Bulls Head of Strategy is a good start.
